Dr. Carney and his team are fantastic! My children and I have been going to him for several years. While they don’t specialize in pediatric cases they are GREAT with my five year old son and have been incredibly patient and kind helping him with several fillings and an extraction. Dr. Carney is smart and caring and has often called after hours to make sure we were recovering ok. Highly recommend.

When I first started going here they were ok but have gotten progressively worse over last few years. Their billing lady is super confusing and borderline rude. She seems to be newer. They send out statements that don't make sense then get irritated when you call to see whats up. I work in CS field know it's hard answering the phone and be nice all day but it's your job! They also billed $75 fee for a missed apt. Daughter is 19 and not always on top of dates. They called at the apt time and I said she could make it in 15 min which they said was too late. So we can't be 15 min late but I've taken time off work and sat in their office for over 30 min a few times waiting on them. They also use to do reminder calls, as does every other medical office now days or text, but they no longer do that; but have no problem charging you that $75 fee. I'm allergic to the epi in the shots. I've told them that at ever visit and it's in my chart but last time the dentist used the shot that had epi. I asked him after what the heck was up and he said it doesn't work as well without it. Well I guess me having a panic attack and not being able to breath was no big deal as long as that shot works and he doesn't have to take the time to give me another one. If a patient says they can't have a med maybe you shouldn't give it to them?! They called to cancel my daughters cleaning apt, which I'd never made. I said that was fine since she was at college anyway but they also cancelled my apt which I'd waited months for. No time frame on rescheduling. She said they would call back to reschedule, never happened. I finally had to call them and reschedule almost a year later. He also put on a crown that never healed right. The gum around it would bleed and was sore for over a year and half. He looked at it a few times then I went in for a consult on another tooth and he said oh maybe that crown is too high and hitting. You would think he would have noticed that all the times I'd mentioned it b
