Make sure they are contracted with your insurance. Somehow, they "forgot "to tell me they are not contracted with mine. The girl at the front office said they usually have you sign that you know they are not contracted. Paid the out of network copay.

I've been coming to see Dr. Appel since he came to Butte county. We are so blessed to have such a wonder doctor and office in town. The dental hygienist was through and fast. Their office is clean and comfortable. The front office staff have always been helpful and kind. When I call, if they don't answer they always return my call promptly. Going to the dentist can cause a lot of anxiety for some people but this office has an atmosphere that really combats that.

Best and most honest dentist in Oroville. I never had good teeth or a great smile and Dr. Appel was amazing!! I can't stop smiling!!
