Dr. Beckley and her staff are excellent! I felt professionally and kindly cared for by everyone in the office. Jazmin did a great job with x-rays and my polish and floss even though I griped about x-rays. She is patient and kind. Dr. Beckley is amazing. She provided expert consult and clearly explained my procedure for replacing two fillings. In the same day I received full x-rays, a cleaning and two filling replacements: one crown and one filling. Dr. Beckley and her assistant teamed together to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed - which is a challenge for me at the dentist. They were very patient and kind with me. I greatly appreciate their team service and my two fillings look great! Thank you all very much for your professional care!

Dr. Beckley was the worst dentist I came across.

What can I say. Just had a horrible experience, not only with Dr. Beckley, but also with the entire staff at this business. I scheduled an appointment for cleaning. Dr Beckley did a checkup and deemed I needed deep cleaning, which will cost an extra $250±. They deemed my teeth have so many problems that only a deep cleaning is necessary. A regular cleaning is not advised and the facility refused to do a regular cleaning which is covered by my insurance. Mind you I have normal teeth. No regular pain. I have been having bi-annual cleanups at other dentist for several years now, and never faced such shenanigans. I had to come here because my insurance changed and my old dentist was out of network. But okay, I am not a dentist and left the business. Next week I requested the business for a call with the doctor about my diagnosis. They refused. They were happy to schedule a follow up appointment with the doctor ($$). But refused a courtesy call for mere few minutes with the doctor. Also the really strange thing is is that the manager and staff was happy to talk to me about my health condition on the phone, but not the doctor. These are not medically qualified professionals. Beware. This is a dental business. Not elite, defently there is no association.
