I love coming to my dental appointment. The staff are professional and enthusiastic to care for my dental health. Most of us, changing new dentist is the most frightening experience since we don’t know what to expect. Especially with the cost. Dr, Melissa Chun D.D.S. is different than any of them that I’ve had experience. She was clear on the explanations and choices. She gave me options and care design to my liking and what I could afford. Most of my dental care covers by my PPO as well. Her office equipped with high technology dental procedures equipments. It made different to my comfort when having a dental procedure. I read one of the comments, it said “ feel like going to a spa “. It is true. It’s so calming to be in Dr. Chun dental office . Most of all, I love the staff and Dr. Chun. She is so sweet and personable.

I’ve been going to this dentist for the past 3 years and now I’m taking my daughter. Every one including Melissa are kind and professional. The place is elegant and clean and I love my experience there every time I have an appointment.

First time experience with Dr Chun Wow! She's knocking it out of the park!! The dental hygienist was extremely skillful did more than any hygienist I've ever had in the past. Right when you walk in the door it's smiles and hellos.! The dental office is definitely a step up from what you might be used to!

About a year ago, I was in search of a new dentist.  With some trepidation, I turned to the internet, since no one I knew had a suggestion for an expert dentist in the area.  After some research, luckily, I happened upon Dr. Chun and her Exceptional Dentistry website!  I was impressed not only by the presentation, but I was also encouraged by all of the additional Covid safety measures she was advertising and had put in place during the pandemic. Dr. Chun and her team live up to their name - they absolutely dispense exceptional dentistry services and care.  Professional, friendly, helpful and skilled, they made me feel comfortable and welcome immediately.  Going to the dentist can be stressful, but this was literally and figuratively a painless experience. Over the past year I've had to have some extensive work performed, and Dr. Chun and her team have been expert guides through the entire process.  Big or small, I always feel like I'm receiving great treatment.  Dr. Chun is a dedicated and talented dentist - she is patient, knowledgeable and caring.  Additionally, as a woman of color, I value the opportunity to support and patronize her practice, owned and expertly managed by a successful woman of color. The safety and precautions taken for my well being and others was amazing. I was very impressed with the measures Dr. Chun and her staff has taken to make the patients feel safe. My cleaning lady was excellent as well. It is always a great experience.
