After I broke my tooth, the Girls got me in quickly and Doc fixed me up fast. Man I love this place! You're treated like family here.

Emailed this office a while back about insurance questions and got an email back only saying that they would get back to me, which they didn’t. I then tried to call the office only to be put on hold and eventually being told no one could take my call. So unfortunately if communication with your office is important this is NOT the place to go!!

I have been to more dentist than I would like to admit, this dental practice is the best I have been to so far. Everyone inside Jakeeyla, Flora, Tina, Stephanie, sandy, and last but not least Dr. Berci has been great to me treated me well and explained my procedure, which stopped me from being so apprehensive. They have a few payment plans and work with your budget aswell. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a practice that will respectfully help you instead of judge you. Edited : I went back to get a cleaning best cleaning iv ever had! Dr Gi, the dental hygienist was amazing she made sure I was in no pain as I had sensitive gums. She numbed me the whole time periodically checking in on me, Used certain tools to make the cleaning easier 10/10 I would definitely come back again . Thank you

I recently had an experience at this practice that has caused me to report their actions to my insurance company and also find a new dentist. I had an appointment with the dentist and a treatment plan was prepared. I was assured that the treatment plan would be sent to my insurance carrier. When I arrived at my appointment for some teeth extractions I was informed that my insurance company had denied everything. Because I was in need of the treatment, I went ahead and had the dental work done, but told the office person that I did not have the $1900 or so that they wanted for the treatment. Later when I got home I called my insurance company and was advised that Arden Modern Dental never submitted the treatment plan as promised. I immediately called Arden Modern Dentist back and asked them to forward the treatment plan to my insurance company, at which time I was told I owed them over $1000. My insurance company paid what they would have paid had the treatment plan been submitted as promised, yet this provider is still billing me for the entire cost of the procedure. Also, a post surgical visit was not scheduled as required. A grievance has been submitted to my insurance company and I am currently awaiting a decision. In the meantime I will find a new dentist who I believe will be professional and trustworthy.

My visit went really well! Everyone was professional and friendly. I got checked in right away, had a thorough consultation, set up a plan of care, took xrays with Ash, who was a such a pro with all those gadgets, got a full cleaning, and set up a follow up in 6 months. Dr. B was very informative, relatable, and even did a part of my cleaning! I was impressed that she was the one to bring me back into the room and get my visit started. I felt like I was the only patient in the clinic with how attentive everyone was, from front to back office. I also want to note that my hygienist Qi was amazing! My teeth look and feel clean, but not stripped - which is a feeling I remember from other places in the years past. Overall, 10/10 from beginning to end!

If your looking for a amazing dental office with up to date dental equipment & great customer service, you found it!. The staff is super nice and everyone being serviced leaves with a smile 😃. Can't wait for my next visit & no one usually would say that about going to the dentist. That's should tell you something 🧐

Niki rocked getting me in on the fly, Ron was super-helpful and calming with financials and the doc…Dr Emilia is a true professional. (I admit I’m not easy) and she was truly patient, reassuring and Went above and beyond with working with me.

The team at Arden Modern Dentistry off of Marconi Avenue in Sacramento are Amazing! Just got my second deep cleaning done on the left side of my mouth! Haven’t been to the dentist in such a long time, but I gotta say, the teeth and gums alike are looking fantastic! They’re practically like new again! From the phone calls and social interactions with Ron, Ash, Carina and Tina, I can say I’m very satisfied with their professionalism and upbeat personalities! They’re always very kind and respectful to all their customers! And Dr. Qi, she’s amazing at what she does. I, like everyone else either dread or fear going to the dentist but with Dr. Qi there is nothing to fear! She’s incredible at what she does. You can hardly tell she’s working on your teeth she’s so gentle and caring. Everyone there are very informative on steps you can take to better hygiene for your mouth. I’m very happy and satisfied I chose them. They’re amazing people and slowly with each treatment they’re bringing this smile of mine back! Thank you team Arden/Modern Dentistry!
