Fine Dentistry

I have lived in multiple cities throughout the world and tried multiple dentist. This is by far my favorite Dentist! Not only is the staff friendly but the work is phenomenal. They take time to explain to you want procedures they will do and use the latest tech to make the visit as comfortable as possible. I've had crowns done by other dentist and the crown always felts slightly off; I assumed this was normal. The crown that was done at Fine Density, felt so natural, I didn't feel anything unusual. The work was done so well, that I've had other dentist compliment the work! Only downside is they are not cheap, I wish they would lower their prices! :-D But then again you get what you pay for!

After many years as a patient, this is where our story ends. Over the years, I overlooked how badly Dr. Purps treated her staff and talked down them. I ignored being surprised by $900 bills because I needed the work and could afford it. I ignored being blamed when the dental work I received needed revisions or failed because "I bite too hard". Our relationship ended when I showed up for an appointment and found out it was canceled. Instead of handling it with the attitude of "how can we fix this", I was met with, "we left you a message... we can't control ATT.... you are having an issue with your cell phone". After I left the office, Dr. Purps called me personally a few days later, not to try and fix the simple issue, but to insist that her staff left me a message and I was wrong. How dumb! How hard is it to say, "I'm so sorry; I have no idea what happened. Let's get you back on the schedule and fix this. It's ok to make a mistake, these things happen, and I respond well to accountability, but it's not ok to gaslight me.

As a health professional myself I am very impressed with care and attention I have received. You can tell the office staff cares about each their job and the patient experience. Dr. Purps has a unique and thorough approach that I’ve never seen before and very much appreciate.

I am a mechanical engineer and I can tell you one thing. You want something done right and you want it done right the first time. Things get complicated all by themselves and you need to realize that, agree to it, not get frustrated by it, and do the job right! That is the way doctor Sabine works. She thoroughly understands the complexities of dental work and all the tiny details that make the difference between a good job and a great job. You can count on her to do the job right the very first time she does it and to give you results that will last you a lifetime! It didn’t take me very long to realize that she is the best doctor I have ever been to.

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. Dr Purps is incredible, she takes time with you and really wants to educate and inform you before jumping into drilling and working on your teeth. I’ve felt great with all the work she has done. Her office staff is lovely and communicative. Highly recommend!

They make me feel so comfortable I could fall asleep while they clean my teeth or even give me fillings. Best Dentist I could ask for!

Dr. Purps is extremely knowledgeable and spends a great deal of time explaining options and procedures thoroughly and is very patient-focused on needs and goals that work for the patient. They are also amazing helping to sort through insurance and co-pays and planning procedures and appointments accordingly. Dr. Purps and her staff are always upbeat and have a way of making you feel like you are always their priority!!! Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Love this office & staff. It feels like home every time I visit & am greeted by Bev, assisted by Darren & treated by Dr. Purps. They are all so sweet & personable & truly caring experts in their field. They make a great team & their passion shows in their work every time I visit. Right now, I see them every couple of weeks for my Invisalign, but I also receive treatment for regular cleanings, whitening, night-guard/TMJ, & more! I recommend this practice to all my family, friends, neighbors & coworkers. This truly is the finest dentistry in all of San Diego & beyond! Thank you! :)

Dr. Purps is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, proficient, a perfectionist and artist. She cares so much about her patients' outcomes - she is phenomenal. Her staff, Marcia, Darren and Beverly are all wonderful too. The office has all the latest equipment and the atmosphere inside is super relaxing & calming. Dr.purps and Her Dental assistant, went above and beyond to make sure I had no pain. Dr.Purps stopped when my anxiety was at an all time high. She showed me breathing techniques to be able to continue. Dr.purps is very knowledgeable and up to date on dentistry . The dental hygienist and the receptionist ready to help and listen to any of your needs you may have ! I highly recommend this Dentist office to any who is afraid. I left knowing that my over all health is cared for and not afraid to return. Thanks again Dr.purps and your team 100 percent awesome 😊😎And we wear sun glasses so that scary light in your face is gone !!

Dr Purps is amazing. I’ve suffered with joint and tooth pain for so long. The night guard I had made elsewhere did not to anything to relieve my discomfort. I came to her prepared for the worst...that I’d need root canals, surgeries and other pricey treatment. With a simple adjustment to my night guard she had me feeling so much better! I had 18 shims (normal is zero) meaning I had been pounding on my teeth so heavily, this causing my horrible symptoms. She has made a night and day difference my life. Thank you Dr Purps!!!! You’re a rock star! I’ll never get dental treatment anywhere else.

Dr. Purps is very knowledgeable, explains well, thorough and handled my emergency with compassion, expertise, and efficiency. She went above and beyond in the care she provided. We actually enjoyed going to the dentist with her professionalism and she was so personable. The office is amazing - with an atmosphere that is calming and inviting. I would highly recommend her as the most amazing dentist I’ve ever been to.
