I have received nothing but 5 star service and treatment from Designing Smiles. Everything from cavaties, crowns, transplants to cleaning teeth are performed by a very professional dental team. Designing Smiles utilizes the latest in technology and equipment. They are absolutely the best and most gentle dental professionals I know.

The personnel is very amiable and the service is wonderful If you or your love ones need dental work this is the place to go

This is one of the best dentist I’ve had the experience to take care of my dental needs. I hate needles and she knows how to work around that without causing me any pain. Her staff is amazing and friendly. Up to date equipment is amazing. A screen to keep your mind occupied as your teeth is being worked on. There are so many wonderful things I list about her and the team as you might know if you have been to her office. If you haven’t, you should.

Polite, efficient. Dentist Aja Hall describes herself as a perfectionist, I would say true artist. Team is upbeat and communicative. I felt like I understood the costs, benefits and risks of all the procedures they proposed. I highly recommend.

Everybody at the office took very good care of me. They were very informative and patient. Shout out to Dr.Nguyen, Josh & Bobbie. I was nervous to come in but now I feel very comfortable!

My mom and I both come here and love it! Dr Nguyen and her team are amazing and super focused on providing a great patient experience. My mom dealt with a lot of tooth pain and after going on a treatment plan, they were able to fix all of her issues over the course of a year. She always raves about her cleanings and how nice the staff is. After seeing how well they treated my mom, Dr Ngyuen became my new Dentist. Love this office for their friendly warm atmosphere. Easy to understand and complete explanations of any dental work recommended and why they recommend it. The office has the latest tech which makes visits quick and painless.

09-29-22 Happy to visit everybody at Designing Smiles. Yesterday was so exciting. Now that my implant base is strong, Dr Ngyen was able to start prepping for my new smile by fitting me with temporary teeth. Yay, no more flipper! (That is what we call my little old denture that I have misplaced too many times. In my eyeglass case, cup, robe pocket, bra... get my drift LOL ) Dr Ngyen is truly an artist. I am so happy with my temps. Such a great preveiw of whats to come. So happy with the whole team at Designing Smiles. Felt something was wrong so I called Bobbie, and was in right away. Dr Nguyen was and is awesome. Never felt this comfortable in a dental chair before. Also, got a chance to check out the show, Schitts Creek. Very funny. You know you are happy with your dentist if you can kick back and enjoy a show. 08/18/22 Revisited Dr Nguyen for my checkup and cleaning yesterday. Awesome no waiting service as usual. I mentioned to Dr Nguyen that I was concerned about the widening gap between my permanent tooth and my temporary tooth from my bone graph that is still heeling because my son’s wedding pictures were happening soon. The gap was definitely noticeable and I didn’t want it to show up in the photos. Well, Dr Nguyen to the rescue. She worked her magic with some composite and Abracadabra, she reshaped the next tooth over to hide the gap. Thank you, thank you! Not worried about the pictures anymore. I can hardly wait to go back and get my permanent new smile. 💕

*UPDATE* Sadly, I have to change my review of this business because of the follow up that happened. Yes, Dr.Aja Hall’s office did a great job on my teeth, but the aftermath was probably the most stressful thing I have ever gone through at a dentist. I had gone to Designing Smiles knowing that I had a budget and when I inquired how much it would costs to fix my chipped tooth, they told me because I had insurance, it should be no more than $200-$300 give or take. This price range was within my budget, and since I know insurances are not always consistent in how much they can cover depending on your plan, I made sure to ask how much deviation might occur because I cannot afford an extra $400 or $500 for this procedure. The woman at the front desk told me, the difference will not be that large and only deviate $50-$60. Since this was doable, I went ahead and booked my appointment and paid the initial $260 they told me I owed at the appointment. Months after the procedure, I get a letter from Dr.Aja Hall’s office saying I owed an extra $450 for that one procedure! I called to ask why the difference was so huge and all the person at the front desk told me was that they needed to check in on this and will give me a call back later. Months passed and I never heard back, until I got another letter saying I still owed $450. Again, I call, and the receptionist says the same thing, that they will check and get back to me. After not hearing from them for almost a year, I get an email saying I owe this amount because it turns out my insurance was not able to cover as much as they initially thought (by the way, it should be their job to call and ask the insurance agency how much they can cover before the appointment, not after)! At this point I am furious, because not only did they charge me an obscenely larger sum than I had agreed to, but their communication was absolutely terrible! After 2 years of fighting, they gave me $100 off from the $450 amount and I just paid it to be
