Debbie is the best dental hygienist. She was really thorough and has a kind and calm demeanor. She made the experience a lot easier for someone like me who have so much angst about going to the dentist. Also, she did not try to shame me about the excessive plagues on my teeth. Despite the fact that I did all the required dental care steps at home everyday, plagues are still a problem for me. Unlike other hygienists I had, Debbie never commented this as an issue. So appreciative of her professionalism.

They said they were fully booked and that they were not able to see me. This was very unacceptable, as I had to take off work today to go to this appointment.

I came to Dr. Helen Hong after a sports injury in which my tooth was knocked out of place and bleeding. She reset it back into the socket, put a wire on it, and did so with no pain. She also explained care and follow up steps clearly. My regular dentist said she did a very good job. I was lucky to have found her practice on a Saturday.

I cracked my crown on Friday while eating a sandwich. Dr Hong saw me the next day on a Saturday! It is so rare to find a dentist who is open on a weekend and am so thankful that she was able to see me soon since my tooth was hurting. She is so very gentle and thorough. In the mist of coronavirus pandemic I never felt so safe going to a dental office. The whole team was on top of keeping everyone safe and taking precautions in every way you can think of. Dr Hong and team are the best! My new crown feels so great I can finally chew and I even had my teeth cleaned!
