Extremely rude staff! I received some work, was told it was time for the bill. They demanded I pay over $600, I told them my insurance cover it and deal with them. They told me up and down that I had to pay, I did not and my insurance of course paid it! When I had to pay the remaining balance it was only $89. They also said I scheduled an appointment, which I did not and tried to shake me down again for a late fee. THIS PLACE SUCKS! They rip you off and try to shake you down! You have been warned! They continue to harass me, claiming I am making appointments and not showing up! Dental Mob

If you don't know now you know, This is and it always has been a preferred provider for locals and I'm sure anyone who knows of it. Doctor caskey's has always been known for being especially soft handed when it comes to dealing with children on behalf of my child I am really grateful that the dentist on hand to Hand today was just as gentle as I remember doctor Cassidy being if you have a child and you know they're gonna be afraid of the dentist this is your best option if you don't know now you know
