I switched to another dentist because I was unhappy with the service with reception. After I heard from some people that their crowns and filling had fallen out repeatedly, I tried to convince my husband to switch with me and have his crown checked out. He didn't want to despite his crown never fitting right. We went on vacation a couple weeks after that conversation and low, his crown fell out. He switched and the new dentist put in a new crown that fits perfectly. Today my new dentist informed me that crowns are meant to last 20 years to a lifetime. I was told here that mine had to be replaced, so that's what I did. The crown looks terrible, there was no reason to replace my previous crown. Getting scammed by someone you think is going to take care of your health feels terrible.

I've been going to Dr. Yadav for a couple of years now. His team is always helpful and thorough. Dr. Yadav is knowledgeable and patient. Takes the time to explain what he's doing or why he's making a suggestion. I haven't had any serious issues (thank goodness!), but I would feel comfortable discussing all of the options with him and determining what is best for me.

I have been visiting them for about 2 years now and have never had any issues. Since I started my visits, my teeth and gums feel and look much better than before. The dental hygienist Stefanie is very nice, patient and always happy to talk and so is Dr Yadav. Also, I've never had any issues managing my appointments, thanks to Natalie. Summary: Dr. Varun destroyed my tooth. Do not get a crown here. I got two crowns on the same tooth from Dr. Varun. The first one leaked after only 6 months, resulting in terrible sensitivity. The second one was also a failure. The crown was poorly fitted, leading to traumatized nerves and infection. I was not able to chew normally and could only drink lukewarm water. It was painful. During this whole time under their care, I communicated my concerns but I was always told that I needed a night guard. I sought second, third, and forth opinions. They all agreed that the crown was very poorly done and it had nothing to do with the lack of a night guard. I ended up needing a root canal treatment so my tooth is now dead thanks to Dr. Varun Yadav. To get a crown, they also require you to buy a warranty. The warranty will stay valid only if you visit them for cleaning twice a year. In other words, you have to remain being their patient for 5 years to have your crown insured. They did not tell me about the validity requirement until the day of the appointment. Upselling is also a big thing here. They recommended Invisalign on my first visit. They didn't really listen to my concerns. They seemed to only care about selling you things and getting the most out of your insurance. I understand that dental procedures can be difficult and mistakes happen, but this office failed to communicate with me and did not listen to my concerns. They didn't really admit their mistakes until I called them out after seeking the second opinion. Cleaning experience was fine here, though. UPDATE to clarify the response from the owner: - Previously, my tooth was chipped and was already fixed by another dentist by filling. Dr. Varun recommended a crown claiming that there was cavity in the tooth. However, nothing was fixed and it got so much worse. My tooth is not just broken but it is now dead.
