I've been going to Smilesavers for 8 years.

Everyone is extremely friendly! They all made my dental work quick and easy. I was able to hear my options and understand what needed to be done. They answered all my questions and made my fillings seem like a breeze. I have had bad experiences with dental work and Smilesavers Dental was a very positive experience.

Was concerned about finding a good dentist but after coming here I have never been to another dentist. Experienced and skilled doctor and staff. Had a bunch of cavities filled 4-5yrs ago and still no issues. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Shah and her staff are amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions.

This place had one of the poorest customer service I've ever been to, it started with the receptionist. I got a sense of the type of office this was once I told them about my insurance provider (DeltaCare USA). On their website they accept this type of insurance but refuse to actually book appointments with folks who have it. Scheduling a simple yearly checkup had a 3 month long wait time. However anyone who had better insurance could get an appointment the following week. They also claimed that they ONLY do laser teeth cleaning which has a price tag of $800. Overall, to save myself a foreseeable headache, I went ahead and found myself another dental office.

I've had quite a few dentists in my life. This dental group is the best so far. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you Dr Lopa Shaw!

I went to this office and the doctor had the nerve to tell me my insurance wasn't good. And then proceeded to try and charge me a ridiculous amount of money for work on my teeth. The office is unclean and you have a whack a doodle dental assistant. There are plenty of fine dentists in the bay area and this is not one of them! Stay away at all costs!

I found Dr. Lopa Shah because Smile Saver accepted my Dental Insurance plan. However, the Total Experience was simply Wonderful.... She was very Caring, Professional & Experienced when compared to my many previous dentists. I felt Comfortable every step of the Dental Procedure. ....Highly Recommended that you go with Dr. Shah.

This was my chosen provider for dental services. When I called about two weeks ago to make an appointment, I spoke to someone who was able to look up my information and give me an appointment date for 2 days away from the current appointment date. I needed my FSA card for the appointment. I decided to wait to call back for the appointment. I called back on 12/10 to make my appointment. When I spoke with the receptionist I was met with hostility. I don't like adults who pretend like they are doing work. I also don't care for professional adults who don't have good customer service skills, basic research skills, or basic analytical skills in order to evalute how to properly solve a problem. Basically they are lazy and hassle you over the work they should be doing. My insurance provided them with the information they needed to process my insurance and I had already confirmed that I would be able to set an appointment prior to the phone call today. Despite this there was no research into why they weren't able to find me other than telling me that I wasn't their patient. (This would've been my first time visit. In my 40 years of going to a doctor or dentist there are usually systems in place to verify a member that is dealt with by the billing department at the providers office beyod a patient roster.) When I pointed out they were being rude by cutting me off, hasseling me with information that conflicted with my experience as well as my insurance information, and refusing to look further into my membership, they persisted with the unprofessional behavior.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years. My fears fell away when I walked in. I felt like I was visiting family. Doctor advises very well.

I went to Dr. Shah with all kinds of problems (gaps, damaged fillings, fallen fillings, etc.). She created a plan that I could live with, and then systematically proceeded to resolve all my dental issues. She was methodical and meticulous, yet set up appointments to use my time efficiently. I am happy with the service I received and enjoying eating food with no issues in the teeth. My teeth look great again. Thanks, Dr. Shah!!!

Staff was very nice. The office is especially careful to keep the patients safe. I recently left a dentist that claimed I needed $3,000 worth of work on my teeth. I'm so glad I found Dr. Lopa Shah. I did not tell her my previous dentist claimed I needed extensive work. Dr. Shah told me I had a healthy mouth, needed nothing done and to keep up the good hygiene. It's comforting to know there are ethical dentists we can trust. Thank you Dr. Shah, thank you very much!! Rosemary

Dr. Shah and the staff are very professional and friendly! They offer excellent service and strictly follow the COVID safety protocols. I got multiple fillings done and I have no complaints. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling/ rescheduling appointments . Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I absolutely love Dr.Shah. She really made me feel comfortable and I appreciate that she made time in the schedule for me to get multiple procedures done, all in the span of one week. I am also very pleased with the work that she did. I no longer feel sensitivity in the areas where I was feeling it. Her staff was very welcoming and professional, as well!

Great Doctor and friendly staff, recently I had my root canal treatment, it was bit complicated, Dr Lopash did very easy.

I wonder why this place is highly rated! They put their gloves on, picked up something dirty on the ground (or touched a very dirty phone and keyboard) and then went into my mouth, and this happened several times! Like every time I had to remind them to change their gloves! Absolutely the worst place to go for dentistry!!

Dr. Shah truly knows what she's doing and her staff are sweet and accommodating. I dreaded going to my previous dentist and thank god I made the right choice on switching to this dental clinic.

I have been to other dental Office and was not happy with their services. When i came to smilesavers everyone was so friendly. Dr Shah is very nice and accomodating. She is the best out of all the dentist I've been to. Kudos to you Dr Shah and SmileSavers Dental! Thank you!😁

We made a mistake going there. I did a deep cleaning and cleared the bill($50) immediately. Dr. gave the estimate and said it's only $50 to be given from our pocket. Rest of the amount from insurance. After 1 year they came up with a new due amount for the deep cleaning done 1 year back saying insurance company was not paying. Was it the first time Dr. doing estimation or first time she was doing deep cleaning! Further, it was $126 which they charged again. Total $176 for deep cleaning.😕 It is not little amount. It's our hard earned money. Giving this 1 rating is also much more than they deserve. There are some other customers like me who shared their bad experiences with Smilesavers. Please read those and deal with Smilesavers carefully.
