This place does good work, and the staff are pleasant to be around. The only downside is it takes a while to get beyond the waiting area even with an appointment. My longest wait was over an hour. I thought there was another dentist during my first two appointments, but haven’t seen her since.

Showed up for a rootcanal, entire office was closed. Spoke with another patient and apparently they haven't been answering phones all week. I guess they closed down. Edit: Replying to the response below. Hi, I received not one, but three appointment reminders. I was indeed scheduled for Friday. But I showed up to a dark empty office. There was no communication, no sign, so I waited. After 20 minutes another patient arrived and told me he'd been calling the entire week because the dental work he had done fell out the next day, but no one ever picked up or returned his call. Given both situations the only reason I could think was that you'd gone out of business. Belive me I was very disappointed because I've been trying to get this root canal for 3 months now. I'm glad to know that you are still in business! Please give me a call on Monday so I can come in and get this root canal. Thank you

My teeth were a complete disaster when I arrived at Dr.Sekhon office about 2 months ago. Dr came up with treatment plan and just yesterday, We just finished the work and I received my top dentures! Starting my bottoms soon! I would need more chacter spaces to totally describe my great experience. From Dee the fabulous receptionist, to Dr Sekhon, and her staff. Loved my experience with Dr. Noor (New Doctor added to the team). She made me feel calm and peaceful with the root canal and crown task that she did. Has a kind approach with everyone and very professional. I left painless from the three hour dental job. I feel less taruamatic coming to do dental work by her. All the other staff are friendly.

By far the best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had, not only were the dentist and staff super sweet and kind, they really went out of their way to help me. I went in for a cleaning and left with my smile fixed, because of the kindness of the dentist, I can finally smile with confidence again, and he meticulously did the work to perfection. First of all. This is a workmans comp case. I could have chosen my own dentist but I stayed with River Valley Dental. This team has really got it together from start to finish. If I could, I would give 0 stars for this place. They charged me for a root canal, crown, 7 fillings for kids which they never did. I wouldn’t had found out about this if I wouldn’t had gone to another place. They never called me back after leaving them messages after messages. I would be filing a law suit for fraud. Save your time and money, don’t go to this place.

I am very disappointed with this dentist. I've NEVER had a problem with my teeth until I came here. They "deep cleaned" ( which i never had or needed before" which makes your teeth not as strong and you uave to go in every 4 months instead of six which they failed to tell me) and did fillings in which one ended up needing a root canal because the dentist drilled too deep. He said he drilled too deep but it would be okay. It was not okay right then and I told him of my discomfort. Weeks later with great pain and discomfort I had to have a root canal. My dental pays 70% and I still had to pay $100+ each time I went in. I had about 5 appointments in less than 6 months. The first two times I was pushed onto this one Dr then he "quit" and was never seen again. The next few times I saw another man and he told me I didn't need the fillings I was originally told I needed on an entire.quadrant of my mouth. Did I really need all the ones on each of the other quadrants?? Dentistry can be a real scam i am slowly figuring out. Best believe I am taking my concerns higher and disputing all tue charges. I'm so frustrated with these people and get brushed away when voicing my concerns.
