Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Very attentive and explained everything that was going to be done.

This office did a terrific work on my teeth.All there staff is very friendly including the Dr too.I will recommends this office to my family as well as friends & co-workers too.This is well equipped with modern technology in Dentist industry.

Dr. T and her staff are all great! I have come here multiple times to get different things done, and I have never had any problems. They are all super caring and make sure to stay on top of any concerns or pain. I'm glad I found this office!

As someone that had not visited the dentist in over a decade, I am extremely happy that I chose to visit Aurora Dentist and Orthodontics. My biggest concern about going to the dentist had everything to do with not understanding how insurance worked and what costs are associated with visits, procedures, etc. I did need to have a fair about of work done as a direct result of not visiting in a long time. Brianna Smith (and another woman I am forgetting…sorry :/) were extremely helpful in explaining how insurance worked and how to access financing. They spent a good deal of time with me answering all of my questions about financing. After each consultation, I felt like I knew all of the costs associated; and what insurance would and would not cover. I was able to finance a few procedures that were 0% interest for a set number of months. All of the financing was done by the office staff during my visit and I was able choose the plan that worked best for my budget. Dr. Parra—and the rest of the dental team—are extremely professional and explained dental procedures in detail. I was able to make informed decisions because my input was valued. I never felt like I was being dictated to about needed to be done. It was more of a conversation. I have a great deal of admiration for doctors that value patient autonomy. The office is very modern and has never been dirty when I visited. I showed up on time for my appointments and was seen within a few minutes of arriving. They respected my time! Lastly, they have an ‘easy to use’ patient portal that has an app. I am ‘blown away’ that I am able to review upcoming visits, download calendar events, and message the care team. More healthcare providers need to start incorporating technology.

Staffs nice and helpful offered alternative assistance for treatment. Don't let the patient get confused and struggles.

I came to them at the end of September with an emergency. The staff is amazing for this dentist phobic patient. They know my name and are so sweet!

Great great place !!! Everyone is super nice but Lou Lou is fantastic and Dr k is soooo good at her job. Gentle they really care about your denture need and take you right in when you need to see the dentist fast. I don’t like going to the dentist never had in my life , I don’t mind going there at all because they take their time and make sure your not in pain . My husband and friends goes there too and they love it to. I would recommend anyone who hate the dentist to go there . If I could give 10 stars I would. Outstanding people

They are friendly, my root canal was actually pain free, and they have amazing state of the art technology. However, they are a little more expensive than nearby clinics. They did however, address my billing concerns and I like are open extended hours with walk in / emergency appointments.

I came in, triggered and traumatized by previous dentists. I was nervous and worried. The entire staff was very compassionate, caring, meticulous, thoughtful, and thorough. I felt seen and cared for. We ended up doing a lot of work, and while it was definitely a lot of work, it was needed and I'm glad I came. Already, with my temporary crowns, I am smiling ear to ear because my issues were addressed. I also appreciate the kindness and patience with me as a nervous patient. My mouth now looks better than I ever dreamed it could. The cosmetic work and the deep cleaning and other work really came together in this visit. I had given up on ever having a pretty smile again, but now I do!

Going to the dentist is never a pleasurable thing to do but Dr Tesar is the sweetest! I had my wisdom teeth removed a few months ago and got dry sockets. She did everything to squeeze me in for an emergency visit to try to help with my pain. All the staff I’ve encountered have been nothing but pleasant! Great office

Dr Shelby Tesar is the best dentist I have ever had. I have severe dental anxiety and she is a freaking champ. She never makes me feel rushed when I have questions. She actively cares about her patients. The dental hygienist I had (and I feel bad I can’t remember her name) offered me topical numbing during my cleaning, knowing about my anxiety. If I made any noise of discomfort she added more topical and moved to another spot to let it work its magic. I had no mouth pain after my cleaning! This has never happened. Usually I ache for at least a day. I also had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr Evanson. This man is a PRO. He was able to get my iv in without me noticing (this is huge. I hate needles) and he did my extraction in 8 minutes. I was in and out in an hour. No bruising after the fact even! I will not suggest any other dentist to my friends and family now. Dr Tesar is my ticket to a healthy mouth and I am 100% here for it.

I went here for a cleaning after 2 hours and x-rays I didn't get a cleaning but I got a treatment plan that called for 3 root canals 2 new crowns a deep cleaning every 3 months. I took the treatment plan to another dentist he fixed one of the teeth without meeting a root canal he advised against the 2nd root canal thinking that there's csense no pain it's the X-ray is probably just showing old damage. He was able to repair a cavity without changing out the Crown. Net net if you have all the money in the world and all the time, sure go here. Otherwise get a second opioion.

The staff is always so kind and reassuring! I'm very glad to have found a dental office that I can trust.

This office is terrible! My husband and I had separate appointments and each of us had to wait for 40 minutes even with appointments. This office uses a scarce tactic to make more money. They told me that I have gum disease and proposed a cleaning treatment that was much more than what the insurance covers. I went to 2 other dentists and they said my teeth were fine (I also heard them telling another patient sitting in the next room that he also had gum disease and gave him the same message. My husband had a crown that fell off and the dentist said that they could not reuse his old crown and that they would need to make him a new crown for $2400 (market price should be $1200). My husband went to another dentist and she had no problem gluing back the old crown. We are shocked that someone would use a scarce tactic to get patients to spend extra money.

So thorough, complete, and full of advice..entire staff is caring and very efficient. I left feeling like I can now do better for my health.

I have a severe phobia of dentists due to very bad past experiences. That being said, I would give this dental office more than 5 stars if possible. The staff was very patient and kept ensuring that I was doing well, kept me informed of all things they were doing, and I had an issue that showed up that they took care of and set up a payment plan (my insurance was not covering a good amount of the costs). Dr. Tesar is a 10 out of 10 dentist, and person. If you have any sort of dentist fears, or just want an overall good dental office, definitely go here!

This dentist practice has skilled practioners, the latest technology and the staff is exceptional!

Just moved to the area and found this dentist through my insurance! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. As a new patient, I felt immediately like I have been seeing these doctors/staff for years. Very excited that this is my new dentist office!
