If it was not for Gabby I would miss all my appointments. Erin my hygieneist is the best, Dr Rick's is calming and caring. Seriously though, they really care for me. I found this dentist via Google reviews and yes, this is the dentist you've been looking for. • The entire front of house staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable from walking in the door to easily understanding complex insurance billing. • The technicians are personable and professional, while conversing to put you at ease, they ask amazing qualifying questions and use the latest technologies so nothing is missed. An abundance of amazing services is offered to assure you receive the best care, take them up on all of it. Communication between back of house staff makes you feel comfortable, nothing is elusive and they will discuss the details of your procedures at any level. Their work is explained as they progress, all while making sure your comfort is priority number one. • Last, Dr. Ricks, he has a bedside manner like no other, he seals the deal with his calm, kind, and thoughtful approach. He will explain what and why of the needed work and how it betters the health of your mouth. Excellent care from the time I entered until I left the building. Dr. Ricks and Susie have always treated me with kindness and respect. I have nothing but praise for both of them. I am so glad that my wife Michele recommended Aurora family dentistry a long time ago. Granted I was in the Navy and am an older human being. But the respect is more than that. I'm sure everyone is treated with the respect they expect from high quality people such as they are. Thank you for being there to care for me. PS By the way, as I enter the building until I exit. I'm always greeted with a smile and how are you Glenn. Even with the smallest of gestures such as holding the door open or offering assistance to my car. I don't have the best teeth, my fear of dentistry put my teeth on the back burner. However going for what I thought would be a extraction on a tooth, (which I need plenty of other work and am embarrassed by my teeth) they made me feel comfortable got me antibiotics and made me looking forward to fixing my smile to something I could be comfortable with! Thank you guys! You will be my new dentist! Thank you for not judging and making feel relaxed (we are at the dentist so total comfortable feeling isn't expected but way better)
