Truly, the BEST dental experience I've had in my 55 year old life! They amazed me with the up to date technology. I showed up for a first time appointment- x-rays, check up, plan. They had time to put the plan into action. I had a silver filling removed as there was a cavity underneath along with a crack in the tooth, AND received a crown which was fit and made on site! None of the old school ridiculous 'bite into silly putty type material, gag, send it out to the lab, wait for the crown to come in which never fits, file, tap tap tap on the little red piece of paper' etc. If you've had a crown, you know the drill. (No pun intended) And did I mention the staff??? Soooo friendly, nice, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough how impressed I was with my new dental office! And a huge shout out and thank you for the follow up with a Starbucks gift card! How very thoughtful. So if you want a GREAT dental experience, this is your place!

I got scammed. I can't give even one star but there is no option to do so. First of all they said X-rays are free but then they charged it though my insurance anyway. When I called them they said" But we took the x-rays". I went for the teeth cleaning and doctor even didn't perform cleaning saying we can't do so because I need "periodontal" disease treatment. I said but I do not have any problem with my teeth or gum and then I said I am fine with it please get me the teeth cleaning done and got denied saying sorry we can't do that with this condition. Now, I have bill in hand for getting nothing !

I came to your office despite what the reviews said online.my first appointment I was lied to about how the financing worked then I was upsold requiring me to pay roughly 1800 dollars for x rays a cleaning and impressions which was only two hours worth of service.when I came in for my extraction appointment they told me I had to pay the full amount.that the person that sold the job quit and didn't implement the payment arrangements into the computer.So I had to apply for financing which they said would be 10 to 15 days.So now I have to wait in extreme pain and you refuse to elevate some of my stress till I can pay and you actually pull the teeth.after you pull the teeth I shouldn't be in near as much discomfort.So you don't care about your patients even a little bit just your money.I am very disappointed in this office not organized up sold what was needed and haven't cared one bit about the patient's pain level.this should be considered criminal.

I came in with a cracked molar and needing a root canal. The office manager Megan was able to get me scheduled in for both procedures on the same day. How great was that. I have been going thru so much these past months that dental unexpected work is the last thing I need right now. So my spirits were down to begin with. from the moment I walked in to Hailey greeting me making me feel so welcomed to then seeing Dr. Warner the endodontist and his assistant Theresa were such a great team when I came out the procedure I walked out of that room relieved and happy!!! Who walks out of a room happy after a root canal?!?! Well in the hands of great doctors is when that happens. Then I got to see Dr. Brandt for my root canal and her assistant Alondra. I tell you the experience I had today at this office sure took stress of my shoulders. I was in great care the whole way thru this busy morning. Thank you Aurora Dentistry whole staff for being so great! Definitely one happy patient here!

I came to this dentist in a need of emergency. I loss half my tooth over the weekend and needed to be seen. I went through the whole implant process and it was not easy. Things got lost and delayed, not sent and I was way overcharged. Furthermore they said I needed a second root canal on a different tooth and I got a second opinion. I don’t need a root canal at all.

My husband and I are both healthy, young people who take care of their teeth. At my first visit they said I needed a crown which seemed drastic because I had no pain, but what do I know. The crown procedure took over 2 hours and that tooth has been super sensitive ever since, even after going back to get it shaved down. I ended up needing pain medication and steroids. They also charged me for weird things like "education" which I had never seen before. At my husband's first visit (a regular cleaning that also took over 2 hours) they told him he urgently needed a root canal. He has had 1 cavity in his life, so we're getting a second opinion. Today I thought I would give them one more chance for my cleaning. After taking off work, rearranging my morning, etc, I get there and they tell me I had cancelled my appointment online (definitely not true). We will be finding a new dentist.
