I've been to Panorama Dental over the last six years. This place is great. Dr. Serrano is kind and thoughtful, and Kendra is my favorite assistant. They both ensure my experience at Panorama is stress-free and fun. I know, it sounds crazy. But I'm able to joke and laugh with the folks here and we really have a nice time. This is a great office to be seen.

The dentist was very good. But the office staff dropped the ball when they failed to note the $1 referral promotion they offered me. This was a physical card given to me to refer others. They failed to note the discount and then billed my insurance $100 for my child's visit. When I brought this to their attention, the office manager refused to take responsibility for the clerical error and let me know that there was just nothing they could do for me since they had already billed my insurance for the visit and noted that they didn't see a $1 referral card so then what I was saying was incorrect. I was surprised and disappointed in how the front office spoke with me over the phone and completely disregarded their mistake and did not offer any solutions. I left this dentist because of bad business and bad customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst dental practice in Denver. I got a crown put on, the process took forever. I never had issues with that tooth before which was slightly cracked , after the crown the tooth was never the same. Was told the crown had a 4 year warranty. Crown cracked less than two years later and they refused to fix it. Don't believe anything they tell you, they do not follow through on there word.

In reading the other negative reviews about this dental practice, all I can say is there seems to be a scam going on here. If you don't mind shelling out thousands of dollars for dental work you don't need, then this is the practice for you. I have worked in dentistry - I ran a dental practice years ago here in Denver - and this dental office is engaging in bait and switch with their "New Patient" cleaning appointments. I was lied to about my dental health so I left before my cleaning was completed. Also, and as reported by other negative reviews below, the bitewings/x rays were super painful and my mouth was also torn up. I would pass on this dentist if I were you.
