I had an unfortunate experience here. Still surprised as to why this happened. A head scratcher, to say the least.
I had come in for a regular teeth cleaning. Upon being sat down on the chair by hygienist, she mentioned I did not need X-rays since I had them on my last visit. After which, I had said, “I do have a question about x-days and my teeth, as I am interested in re-aligning my bottom row.” She interrupted me midway to insist she had already told me I did not need an X-ray. I did my best to state I was just hoping to ask about a bottom row readjustment, and apologized for any misunderstanding on my part. She said she would let the dentist know. It’s never great to be interrupted, but it’s understandable. However, what happened next is where things went sour.
After chatting with a new-to-me-dentist and making pleasant small talk, she came back in to polish, as he stepped out. Not wanting to forget about my question on re-alignment, I had mentioned if she had let him know about my question. With a tone of rudeness she said, “You didn’t talk to him while he was with you?” I replied, “No, I was under the impression you would and didn’t want to interrupt.” Considering he was a new dentist for me, I was just letting him follow his routine figuring he would get to it after the small talk. Her reply shocked me. As she began work on my teeth she said, “You sat in that chair all that time and didn’t mention it.” She was making a point to make me feel stupid. I’m still scratching my head as to why this bothered her enough to make a comment like this. It doesn’t seem necessary. Feeling very uncomfortable I reiterated I was just asking to clarify, but the discomfort grew, and after about one minute and some snide comments later, I said I do not feel comfortable with you working on me teeth (which was true). She happily stood up, and said, “okay,” and walked away immediately. I’m not sure what warranted a response like this. I can understand that some people have bad day

Todd Light is an amazing dentist. Professional and caring. Both my husband and I have received excellent care from him. He fixes the unfixable! I recomend him highly.
You must go to this place in order to have good teeth. Whether to install, to clean, or whatever you need, you will find it here. They use modern equipment and the place is very clean. And today we were here because my husband wanted to treat a molar, he had treated it 16 years ago when Dr. Light was in cherry creek and now wherever he goes we are with him because he is a good doctor and his work is excellent and his assistants are also excellent like Miss Irene and the others. Very good work ,nice people and clean and very good place by experience👍👍👍👍

I know they mean well, but c'mon Comfort Dental -- You gotta do better.
BOTTOM LINE: They seem to not really know what they are doing administratively, even with the simplest dental care (routine cleaning), and the cleaning seemed substandard, so choose another of the many dentists nearby instead.
This place is just not quite ready to be a real dental office; perhaps better than nothing if you cannot afford dental office with organized, skilled staff and modern equipment. From the start they were just not really up to the job. New patient forms were copies of copies of copies, with no clean copy to fill, let alone an online form to fill; although they told me there was one on the web site (of course there was NOT).
Despite being a listed preferred provider, they flat out refused to fill out, let alone file, insurance forms (for GEHA), leaving me to pay in advance $400+ for my family's cleanings and file on my own for reimbursement. Preventive dental clean&check is always (5+ years) 100% covered by my medical insurance, and I never had trouble anywhere else, even in Seoul, getting a standard ADA (or GEHA) form filled out by a provider, until Comfort Dental here REFUSED to do it.
I expect to eventually be reimbursed after 2-3 rounds doing THEIR job filling forms (my first attempt was returned for corrections since I didn't know exactly how to fill it, like, say, a competent dental office would have done).
Cleaning was pretty fast, but our teeth did not feel all clean afterwards. They did literally DOZENS of painful bite-wing x-rays for some reason, which I never had before (hey, guys, for full mouth, maybe use a panorex style machine).
Even getting proper receipts printed was a struggle, with me having to explain that, since they refused to file insurance or even fill in the forms for me, I needed a separate detailed receipt for each person. I foolishly thought by the 4th family member they could accomplish that simple task reliably (they could not).

I went from a horrible experience with another dentist to this amazing dentistry. Dr. Light made me feel incredibly comfortable and listened to all my concerns. Even the receptionist was very organized and informative. I 100% recommend this place if you're afraid of dentists.

I had gone to a previous comfort dental for years, then my doctor left and they got a new one. Extremely rude and not efficient in his work at all. I put off the dentist for a while, over a year. And I knew I needed to be seen. My brother who came from the same previous dentist to this one, recommend it. & I seriously am so glad I went. The staff is incredible. So nice, caring and very good at their work. They truly care for their patients. And made sure I was comfortable. Gave me a break in between my root canal, because I am 8 months pregnant. I could brag about this place all day. Looking forward to my next appointment.

My old dentist had past during COVID so had to find another place pretty quick for dental needs, especially since I am a foster parent. The staff has always been super nice, never looked at any of my foster kiddos differently especially with having mediciad. I am beyond greatful to have found a place that cares about their patients. They are super patient with the younger kiddos as well. Thank you comfort dental at this location for being such an amazing staff and truly caring about people.

My entire visit from filling out paperwork to walking out the door was 50 minutes. My entire face and neck was wet while the doctor did a cleaning with the cavitron. It seemed As if they could not get me out of the office fast enough. I gave the office 3 stars because the environment is very beautiful, the doctor very nice and soft spoken, but quite possibly one of the worst and wettest cleanings I've ever had.

My Comfort Dental, Dr. Brian who fixed me up with some dentures in my opinion is the Best. The receptionist Dana, is really really awesome and caring and just plain good at her job, and the one on Fridays is just as good. I would recommend them to even my family from out of town if they needed something done. First time a place of business actually acted 8n my Best interest as a patient they really care. My opinion only but I would rate them 10 stars.

This place is amazing! I had a crown that had fallen off that was done by another dentist. So I thought I would go to a different dentist knowing I couldn’t go back out to Utah to get it fixed from the dentist that did it. They got me in the next day! I’m super picky about my dentist and he was very knowledgeable and super nice, I also really liked the staff. Definitely would recommend going here.

I dislike going to the dentist (like uh... everyone else) but I am extremely happy with my visits here. Dr. Montgomery is excellent, Dr. Brian is excellent, the assistants are excellent and the front office staff is excellent. I got two crowns, painlessly, quickly, and had an equally painless treatment program set up for me. Going to the dentist is not fun, but the excellent staff here from the door, to the chair, do certainly make it comfortable. Thank you!

Just started going to this dentistry and so far I absolutely love it and they have helped me with a previous root canal issue that is now resolved. Dana always gives you a warm welcome and makes you feel comfortable! Would recommend this comfort dental before any others :)

The dentist's I've seen have been great, assistants so-so, but my real gripe is the front desk staff. After my consultation appointment, she provided me with a quote for treatment. I scheduled the treatment that day. When I came in for the work a month later, I was surprised to get a new bill that was $400+ higher than I was previously told...because the girl apparently forgot something. It wasn't handled well, and some heads up about the additional bill would have been great other than being surprised with it the day of treatment.

This place, aside from the front desk guy Jake, and the Dental assistant lady (sorry, I forgot her name), was a complete disappointment! After watching a video of the CEO talking about how he didn't want his patients worrying about convenience, pain or cost, I quickly found myself not only getting slammed for an outrageous quote, but I was left in agonizing pain, an 8/9 on the scale, because I couldn't pay $1800 out of pocket right then! Mr Murray went on to tell me that he would not drill out the painful nerves to get me out of pain, because I COULDN'T BE TRUSTED to come back and finish 2 root canals....a guy who had never met me before, not only seriously offended me by calling me untrustworthy, when he didn't even know me, but he refused to help me, a customer and patient, by getting me out of pain....it was more important that he get his $1800. To be completely fair, he did offer me an alternative, which was to extract a savable tooth, which would have left a big gap in my front teeth, but that wouldn't guarantee I would be out of pain. So if you're thinking about coming to "Comfort Dental" because the name sounds nice and the CEO tells you he really cares about you, be warned that it's all a bunch of lies....I have great Dental insurance, and they not only tried to way overcharge me, but the Dentist, Michael Murray, treated me, a person he had never met before, like a 3rd class piece of trash, and left me in a lot of pain....that's how much Comfort Dental cares about their customers!
