I used to be a patient here. Best dentist ever! I'll definitely go to Comfort Dental again!

Got a root canal and crown here and crown lasted about a year and a half before it failed. Didn’t want to get it redone as I knew that it would fail again. Had to get the tooth extracted at my current dentist and will never be returning to any comfort dental location in my life, lesson learned.

I’ve been coming here for years and Dr John and the staff are always super friendly, helpful and professional. They really seem to enjoy what they do and are enthusiastic about helping their patients. I really dislike dental appts in general but they make it quick and easy and painless… I’d recommend to anyone. Also, usually very simple to make an appointment

I've been a patient here for years, and even though I've moved a bit further away than I used to be, I haven't looked for another dentist because it already feels like I hit a win in the slots with the one I have here. I realize it's an unusual thing to say but I mean it. Every time Dr. McDonald (Dr. Mac) makes his appearance at my appointments, it's with genuine enthusiasm. He often has amazing recall, not only about the status and history of my dental work, but also about facets of broader life that we'd discussed months before. He's also incredibly knowledgeable in his field, and there is nothing like coming to that assurance time and again to put a person at ease in this type of setting. I've had extensive work done here, and he knows what he's doing. That includes how to perform procedures with as little patient discomfort as possible. Many times while I'm asking a question, it's apparent that he knows exactly where I'm going with it, but he'll generally let me finish before he takes the lead. And if there's one thing he seems to enjoy nearly as much as his practice, it's educating his patients in a way that's clear and accessible. The main thing comes back to his attitude, though. This is a person who truly appears to enjoy what he does, with a personality that's almost unbelievably cheery until one grows accustomed to it. Not to mention, the assistants are usually well-vetted and skilled. So that would probably be enough on its own, though I could go on about positive experiences with dental assistants and other staff, several of whom are their own brand of memorable characters (Renata and Merli snap to mind). But overall, my impression is that patient experience and professionalism are consistently emphasized as priorities here.

I’m still in so much pain, and my mouth hasn’t felt right since coming here. Plus both dentists I talked to didn’t seem to care about my concerns, and now I’m afraid to go back because I don’t want to be ignored again! I left in more pain than ever, and they don’t care about you at all!

I have gone to this location for several years now. Dr. McDonald' is the best dentist that I have ever gone to. The staff is professional and kind. This is hands down the best dental facility in Colorado.

My biggest gripe is that they don’t offer payment plans unless you get their credit card, which I can’t get anyway because I have 0 credit. Need bridges put in to help my bite and alleviate a lot of pain i have, but it’s $5k all up front. Other than that Dr.John was very kind. I’m autistic and have bad dental anxiety (every experience I’ve had has been very traumatic) but he spoke to me very calmly and gently. Even prescribed me a sedative to help with the anxiety when I came in for a filling and a cleaning. I still have a lot of pain unfortunately, but there’s nothing to be done about it without getting the bridges put in :/

This comfort dental is way out of line they shame people for not being able to afford ridiculous dental treatment that they’re trying to push on people when There are clearly other dental options for people in this time everybody needs help but yet you wanna push unaffordable dental treatment on people it’s all good my dental office will take care of them and will give them what they want not what we want to push on them do your research people don’t just go to any dentist especially CD

Dr. Mac and staff are always upbeat and energetic, I actually kind of look forward to going to the dentist! Their work has so far proven to be impeccable.

While visiting my family in Aurora, Colorado, I needed some dental work done and found a Comfort Dental that my insurance took. Being in so much pain, I called and immediately they had me come in. When I got there, the receptionist was kind, caring, and above all very professional. They took me in right away as though I was one of their regular patients. Doctor John Yarovoy examined me and found I had to have extensive dental work done. Being I was leaving in two and a half weeks, Dr. John scheduled a plan that might work for this short time period. It was a busy time going to and from the office almost every day. The doctor worked very diligently and carefully to stay on schedule. I’ve never seen someone work this hard with such precision. Everything worked as he said it would. One of the other doctors assisted once and was like everyone in the office…kind, caring and professional. Dr. John completed all the work with one day left for a complete follow up and instructions. I live in Florida, but when I return to Aurora, Colorado, I will schedule all my dental work to be done by Dr. John at Comfort Dental. Everyone in the building was just like the doctors, including the receptionists, schedulers, insurance coordinator, and of course the dental assistants were fantastic. I am writing this review from Florida where I reside. I would recommend Dr. John and this dental office above all that I’ve ever been to. Doctor John Yarovoy is the best dentist I’ve ever seen and been to.

I didn't have an appointment yet they were very accommodating and sympathetic.. I had to return for a potentially painful procedure and everything went smoothly; pain-free! The staff were all professional, fast, and friendly.

Dr John is amazing.I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time, and my old dentist made me feel less then adequate and made me feel like my sensitive teeth were a problem. I never thought I would start taking care of my teeth again, but with the docs help it no longer feels like a chore but a necessity I never thought I’d enjoy like I do now. If you don’t know where to go, you will be safe here. Also I mean look at the shape on those bad boys straight as an arrow after he filled in the gaps!

Friendly reminder not to use this dentist office in any capacity, if you want real dental work done. This is a long story full of hard to believe incompetence, but a few pictures added help authenticate the ungodly horrendous experience and continuous pain and discomfort you to can experience, after paying thousands of your hard earned dollars here. 1st visit: came in to start getting some work done on my front teeth. Received 2 root canals on my front teeth. Assistant performed all the work, including root canals and molds for permanent crowns 2nd visit: assistant fits both crowns. Neither fit, can’t close my jaw, and I am told “I’ll Learn to bite differently” Both crowns break within two weeks 3rd visit: go back and have both broken crowns and broken tooth under one crown removed. Am informed that the assistant at the 1st visit didn’t do the root canals “all the way”. Have a root canal performed on a 3rd tooth in preparation for a “bridge” since one tooth with the broken crown was basically destroyed. Mold made for 3 tooth bridge 4th visit: bridge installed. Doesn’t fit but am told to give it a week or so. Fair enough. All work done by assistant 5th visit: come back to get the bridge to fit better. Assistant drilled a hole into it and tried to cover it up. Get home and see the hole, call and make an appointment. All work done by assistant 6th visit: get bridge removed and fitted for a new one. 7th visit: 2nd bridge installed. Doesn’t fit, am told to come back again. All work done by assistant. Notice a crack on the bridge on the end of it. Call and express this, am told nothing can happen unless it “falls off” 8th visit: go back anyway. Crack in bridge is not addressed, am told I need more work “which I knew which was fine” on other teeth, yet bridge not addressed. Bridge was never fixed. Crack is worse and worse, hurts constantly, bridge is digging into my tooth on its perimeter. Photos attached of some of the bridge issues. Dentist was Doctor McDonal

The dentist are amazing here. I have nerve problems and he made a plan to really help with minimizing nerve pain.

Wow wow WOW! Best dentist I been to yet and I’m only20 I went in because I had An old root canal filling that needed to be refilled due too issues with rotting from the inside out in less than a year. Well they inspected the tooth and realize how bad and how fast it was following up. They also suggested I should just do a crown to make sure it won’t happen again. He put me on the chair and said because it already had a root canal I had no reason to go out of my way and do any numb medicin. I was skeptical but he was technically right. So we did a no numbing filling Legit he did such a good jo be ensuring I was ok every few minutes. He attended to his learning assistant as well to ensure she did well. He explained what was happening. I wasn’t nicked, poked, stabbed, or hurt once during the no numb procedure. It felt so good to know he was doing such a good professional job. The doctor seemed so well knowledges about the job. The filling with no numb medicin is done and I was able to go home in an hour. Such a good job A++++ Thank you DR John. Y
