This group is amazing. I went here this week for the first time. I had a cleaning and exam and X-rays. I came back again for a filling/cavity to be done and I knew it was there as it had been bothering me. They actually asked me if I wanted fluoride … YES THEY ASKED! no pressure and that was awesome! Dr Z. Asked about a space in the back that had a missing tooth (where the dentist I was seeing said it could only be an implant) and asked if I wanted to do something about it and I said yes but implants freak me out and I don’t want one. He was so mild and kind and said no problem. Then asked what I might like to do about it. The dentist before said “if you don’t care about your dental health” when I said no to an implant. This is such a difference from the high pressure places I have been. I’m so grateful to find a dentist who cares about me and not my wallet. A rare find. Also the staff were all gentle, and caring, what a relief! I wish I could remember all their names, sorry! I debated about writing this review because it takes several weeks to get in and I know the more patients he gets the harder it’s going to be to get in, but there’s so many people I’ve talked to who have money first and unfeeling dentists, that I felt I needed to share.

There are 3 things I am really scared of. Water. I'm working on that. I just got a kayak to help. Rottweilers. Nothing will change that. The dentist. I don't know why. While they were taking xrays tears were streaming down my face. They tech made me feel so comfortable. The doctor even more so. He was so kind and gentle. He found common ground and made me feel at ease. We talked about dogs. I work with dogs. I'm not saying that the dentist will be my number 1 friend. I am saying these guys are amazing. Diego is just extra as we share the same breed of dog.

I’ve been getting dental care and health advice from Dr. Zenon and staff for a few years now and I have found the entire office to be a GREAT ASSET to my life. This office has always kept up with the latest technology, tools and supplies. Many Kudos to Dr. Z & staff !!!!

Hire better front desk reps or inform them on how to set and give the correct appointment time slots to avoid people wasting their time, energy and money. Thank you

Me gusta mucho el trato del doctor Zenón, con sus pacientes. Y la mayoría del personal son muy atentos y profesionales. Lo único que no me gusto fue el trato de la recepcionista carry (7/30/2020) casi siempre tiene una muy mala actitud y tienes que explicarle mil veces lo que necesitas y al final te deja medio satisfecho.

Honestly never been to a dentist that takes you in when your appointment is set until I came here. I love not waiting! Also how clean the office is specially cause my mom is a clean freak and she loves this place

I love Dr Zenon and his staff. They always make going to the Dentist easy and not so scary. I have had terrible experiences in the past with Dentist but with Gateway I have not had one terrible experience. I recommend them to all who ask me.
