Me and my kids went to Dr Rabi Altatari to clean our teeth. He is very nice and patient with us. The staff are nice and helpful too.

I had not been to a dentist in 20 years. With 5 broken teeth and at least 2 or 3 cavities I was in bad shape. No guilt or shaming for the condition of my teeth and gums just a positive attitude that they can help. I had chipped a tooth that I got a 3 o'clock appointment for, Dr. Altatari and his staff stayed past 7pm, an hour after close, working on me. 2 filings, a root canal, a tooth extraction plus having my teeth cleaned and polished and a temporary crown later, I walked out knowing I would never look for another dentist if I could help it. If I had only known that dentists like Dr. Altatari existed I would never have stopped going to see one.

Never thought I would be happy about going to the dentist, but Dr. Rabi Altatari and his staff are great! 20 years ago I chipped a front tooth and the filling finally broke. Fortunately there was no pain but it looked pretty bad and when I called they got me in right away. Now my smile is better than ever and I highly recommend this practice for anyone who needs dental work, from cleaning, whitening, fillings up to the more complicated care.

What a great experience! I'm so impressed with this practice and how well they manged my care during these difficult times. We are all concerned about the spread of COVID-19 and businesses taking the proper steps to keep the general public safe. Let me tell you that Smoky Hill Family Dentistry went above and beyond to reassure me that they are doing all in their power to properly sterilize their dental practice and take proper protocols to get patients and staff safe. They definitely have their stuff together and are taking all the necessary precautions. There is no question that you cannot ask. They will take the time and describe everything that is being done. I love my new dentist! Dr. Rabi was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a forever dental home.

My appointment was at 8:30, at 9:05 I was finally seated in the patient chair. The dentist was still in the middle of a procedure. The exam room area is cluttered, disorganized, broken handle on the cabinet drawers, open boxes of gloves sitting out helter skelter, patient glasses sitting out on a small water damaged table then hurriedly tossed into a pen holder, not a singular clean workspace. The lab room was directly behind me, about 6 feet back, with the door wide open. Peoples molds were in sandwich baggies tossed on a stool with some of them on the floor. The mixing bowls were sitting upside down on a half wall and the water damage to the floor and wall was obvious from where I was sitting. The counter next to that sink was dirty, not wiped down. The whole room was disheveled and not clean. Directly behind and to the left of the patient chair is the main X-ray machine that panos are taken on. Cords are run out in the open. The third patient room is around a wall, but that patient has to walk through your room to get to their chair... so HIPAA and privacy are not a thing. Baseboards were extremely dusty in the treatment area, the flooring was carpet.... so imagine how dirty that carpet is. I sent pictures to my sister while I was there and asked for her opinion. She said if it wasn’t a dental emergency to leave. 10/10 I do not want a dental infection due to the conditions in this office. I’ve been in cleaner environments in a combat zone.

Had my wisdom teeth pulled here and had absolutely zero pain after. It was like nothing even happen..

I've been to a lot of Dentist this is by far the best I've been to. He took the time to explain to me what I needed and he gave me a great smile again which I didn't think was possible !

My whole family comes to Dr. Rabi. And we have for a couple of years now. He is the best dentist I've ever had! He is so sweet and gentle with my children. He treats them like his own. He is very thorough and upfront about treatment. Everyone in this office is a blessing! They make going to the dentist our favorite part of the year!

Smoky Hill Family Dentistry did an outstanding job taking care of my teeth. I went in for a crown and they made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and provided great support after I had my temporary put in. Unfortunately, I had a minor mishap and the temporary crown fell out. Sherry, the office manager, made sure to get me in ASAP to get another one put in so I didn't have to go toothless. Kayla did a wonderful job taking care of me on several occasions as well. The dentist, Dr. Norrie, was friendly and did a great job explaining what the procedure entailed and outlining the process. Overall, I felt the staff was cordial, the office was comfortable and the experience was positive. Thank you all for doing a great job!

My son was complaining of a tooth ache so I called Smoky Hill Family Dentistry, not only did they take his insurance but I was able to get a same day appointment. My son doesn’t do well going to the dentist, but Dr. Altatari explain every step that he was doing and the tools that he was using, putting my son at ease. My son left calm and new understand what he needs to do to have healthy teeth. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Altatari
