I went to this dentist for 10 years but recently Sandoval got a new receptionist and she is the reason I will not be going back. My mother did not inform her that my brother would be missing an appointment because she was busy putting up missing posters for him. He was a run way but the receptionist said she should have called first. My experience was good until after that appointment was missed. She called to say I lost my dentist the day before my appointment to get a cavity treated. A few weeks later she called to say "They were giving me one last chance". She gave me less then 24 hours of warning before the appointment. So I went in for the appointment and she had given it away. I will never come back to Sandoval's again.

30 some years ago, I seen this dentist...I had to cancel an appointment and this dentist called me back saying and I quote...'the next time you cancel an appointment with me, somebody had better of died and it better be you mother' ...who says that? Especially a so called professional...shame on you Mr. Sandoval..I won't address as 'Dr.' because that would make you a respectable professional..I'm sure there is no recollection on his part...

Probably the worst dentist I have been to yet. Caused a lot of unnecessary bleeding in my mouth by poking and prodding with the tools while the entire time judging me a loud and testing me like an ignorant child. Very unprofessional to say the least.
