Straight no bs, in and out service! Was extremely pleased with my cleaning this morning. Greg let me know everything that was about to take place and had the job done in no time! Best price in town, and the wait list was the lowest in town compared to the other offices I had called. I don't know many people that actually get dental jokes, but the crew was awesome to be able to talk to! Would recommend for people that in are the area or for emergency when passing thru!

It's unfortunate that ZERO STARS isn't permitted because it's deserved. Sit in the waiting room and listen to the way he treats young, crying, fearful patients and you'll never go back again: He literally screams at them!! Here is a doctor too cheap to hire someone, so his elderly mother sits at the front desk and abuses patients on a daily basis. So many pending and released lawsuits that I wouldn't go back if he were the last dentist in Canon City and his old, abusive mother was giving away vacations and new cars with all dental work. Seriously, if you want quality dental care, DO NOT GO TO DR. MICHELI!!

He has an extremely horrible demeanor. Treats his staff atrociously. Check the DORA site for exactly how good he is. Line after line of claims filed against him and actions taken. I don't even know how he's still in business honestly. Just be careful y'all. Keep yourself safe beacuse he won't.

Greg and his mother are thoughtful and caring people. I have had several caps and filings done here with great results- most importantly Affordable prices. They could charge double, perhaps triple what they charge but they are helping people by trying to make things affordable. This is a two person operation so you need to be flexible, remember how much you are saving for top quality work. If you are looking to be pampered and have tons of money and want a day spa experience go somewhere else. If you want quality work at an affordable price by good hearted folks who aren’t all about making as much money as they can- go to Shadow Hills… they are wonderful people.

Receptionist (from what I uderstand is his mother) called me a hour and fifteen minutes before my appointment asking if I was still planning on coming in. I said yes, we were just warming up our vehicle and that it only took 30 minutes to get there. She proceeded to tell me that since I was not there yet OVER AN HOUR EARLY that she was going to give my appointment to someone else and hung up on me. I will not return to this dentist office for any more dental work

I’m a bit perplexed as to some of the reviews I’ve read. A couple years ago I woke up in excruciating pain. I didn’t have a dentist at the time so I called several dentists none of which would see me on short notice. Except for Shadow Hills. I was in that morning. And have been going there since. He is a good doctor.

We called this office on behalf of a mutual patient to request their records. The patient had their implants placed by this doctor 30 years ago, and we are now fabricating a new lower denture for this patient and need to know the correct parts to order. The woman who answered the phone basically said "So this patient wants to close their chart? That will be $10 and they can have whatever they want". I've been in the dental industry for 5 years now and I have never spoken to an office that operates like this. Very rude, unprofessional, and I have NEVER heard of an office charging someone for their own medical records!!

I read the reviews the night before my appointment, and I was a bit nervous to be seen here... My husband had a dental emergency a couple months ago, and the entire way home he couldn't stop saying that he didn't feel a thing, and that he really liked the dentist he saw. I decided to go off of my husband's experience. Whatever negative reviews on the internet must have been addressed, because I literally had to have 4 top front teeth fixed, from a previous dental appointment somewhere else, and haven't been able to smile comfortably, and have had low self esteem for a few years, and when the doctor handed me the mirror and I smiled, instantly, I felt like me again. I was/am so happy, and haven't stopped smiling since I left. I will go back here with no doubts or apprehension for any and all my future dental needs. Thank You isn't a good enough word... But all the same, Thank You Shadow Hills Dentistry.... Amazing how an hour appointment for teeth helped with my self confidence and esteem.

Great dentist and great staff! Fast and pain free. Only MEDICAID dentist around. YES HE DOES USE PROPER INFECTION CONTROL TECHNIQUE'S. I would give Shadow Hills 10 Stars if I could could!!!

everything was great at first and we had a great plan put together. but almost every time i went in, i came out with lots of pain. one time my entire face was swollen for a week straight and i had to miss work. i needed lots of work done and had to get a few crowns. he would put a temporary on, have me wait 3 weeks, and then put the permanent on. have me wait another 3 weeks, and repeat the process. i’d gone to Dr. Michelli for about 6 months, along with my whole family. my mother was also in lots of pain. and then he became unprofessional and privately messaged my dad, made things personal and then told him that he would no longer take me and my mom. i still had a temporary crown on. we ended up going to Jake Beus at Main Street Dental. he got me 6 temporary crowns in one day, and can get my permanents on as soon as I’d like. i do NOT recommend this dentist. Michelle has an awful temper, is mean to his girls he works with, and is extremely unprofessional. he did root canals that were unnecessary, and now i have very sensitive teeth. the same thing happened to my mother as well. he did lots of unnecessary work. and he said very hurtful things that made me feel as if it was my fault. please do not go here

I am very pleased with the Dentist and how they operate in their small business kudos to everyone at Shadow hills!

Claimed to have done a root canal on a tooth it got infected a month later. Went to another dentist he showed me the xray. Nothing in the root canal. He has multiple actions on his license by DORA. Beware.

Worst dentist ever! Rude, saw him go from room to room without changing gloves and forgot a big piece of my tooth and says it isnt there! I had a bad infection and tried to tell his mother receptionist and she didnt believe me! Had to go somewhere else and they gave me antibiotics. He shouldnt be in practice! He is horribly rude and cruel to his assistant using vulgarity and insulting her making her cry right in front of me! He is the absolute worst! DONT GO HERE!

i Went to drop off a resume an I was speaking to the front office lady an she right off the bat was rude to me. But then the doctor walked up asked me some questions an asked me to show up the following day around 9am. So I did I shadowed his dental assistant who was very nice. The doctor didn’t have me clock in till I was there almost 2 hrs. By the end of the day I found out what doctor michelli is an I have to say he is very rude an hate full an I never got went back there again an I was never paid for the whole day I worked.

The dentist is the most egotistical, inconsiderate, self centered, short tempered individual that I’ve ever come across in my life. He has no patience when it comes for the people who work for him, he’s rude and outspoken, same goes for his mother, the lady at the front desk (Ada.) The doctor doesn’t follow the correct sanitary rules and expectations, he likes to do things ‘his way’ which isn’t the correct way of doing things.! I wouldn’t recommend going to him, he talks down on his employees and treats them like they are ‘stupid’ which I’ve repeatedly herd him say....it’s So sad & unfortunate, this man doesn’t deserve your money!

My two boys and I went in today for cleanings and a broken tooth. It was a great experience...the doctor is very kind to both teenagers and myself. He went through the treatment plans without judgement and with great honesty. My broken tooth was treated on the spot with follow-ups scheduled. The dentist is focused and fast. There was no pain at all.

Don't go to this place go anywhere but to this place . this guys has his wife working there she doesn't feel to respect anyone.she is very rude I don't know how this doctor put up with here attitude.
