I'd give no star if possible. This practice believes that due to covid their doctors should not be held liable should they make a mistake. I was denied service just for questioning the page they required I sign. The lady at the desk said "it may work that way in the real world, but not at this office". Seems they are using covid to get out of any mistakes they make.
