It's not an effort to go to my dental appointments now that I have Dr. Henry and his office staff to take care of my dental needs! You see, from the time I walk through the door, I am greeted by smiling, helpful, people! I don't sit long before my hygienist greets me and takes me back to clean and check my teeth. She is thorough, gentle, and informative. Dr. Henry is there within minutes after, to check my teeth and to ask if I have any questions, which he answers. He is such a pleasure to have for my dentist! He's upbeat, humorous, and most of all knowledgeable. Thank you all for doing such a great job!

I've been getting dental care here for years and was excited when Dr. Henry took over the practice from Dr. Herremans. Billing however, has been another issue. I started with a new insurance company last year, right about the time the practice had been taken over by Dr. Henry. I asked before I scheduled to see if they would take my insurance, they affirmed. 3 months later, when it didn't go through I was assured that between my dental ins and health ins, I should be covered for 4 cleanings a year. Just got a $500 bill for 2 visits from a third party billing company. I'm not pleased.

Nice and helpful staff, good dentist and modern techniques and tools. Crowns are done using scanning device (no impression are required) and the new crown is manufactured right in the office while you wait. Much faster process and much more pleasant!
