The moment I walked in Chris was really nice and he greeted my little family and I and answered all of my questions. Then met Andy he went really into detail about the x-rays and then showed me what it shows and once he answered all of my questions. He explains things and gave real feedback. Then when Rachel she was so nice and went above and beyond and made sure I was feeling good understood and what was happening. Overall they took the time to listen and it seems like they really care about you. I can't wait to start this new journey with them.

It is exceeding rare I give anyone in "medicine" more than a 1 star considering the shape of America's health system. However, I must give credit where credit is due.... I've been to FW twice now. I have to have half of the rest of my teeth pulled out and all replaced with partials. From the very beginning Rachel has been just wonderful to me. She's a very loving person and whoever her SO is they are very very lucky to have her in their life as is Family West. She's a credit to Family West and the Medical Industrial Complex. The first Dr. I saw..."Mike" was very kind and helpful. The newest Dr I saw yesterday (who's name escapes me at present) was extremely un-medicine...he was kind, caring, helpful, and dare I say empo/sympathetic. He was very real with me which is rare almost to the point of non-existent. The two words he spoke that I felt the most were "poor guy" as he was looking at my teeth and seeing what at least 43 years of cigarettes, coffee, and bad dental hygiene does to a person. They have been very, very understanding and patient with me paying my bill too. It took me almost a year to pay of a $90 bill given my disability income. I suspect but don't know this for sure but I suspect they are very workable with low income people. Let's face it who, likes, going to the dentist...not me! Few others than sadomasochists do but if you are like me and must go I would highly recommend you go to Family West. They are kind almost to a fault! Thank you Family West. I'll see ya on the 15th. Just a few days ago I went to get my teeth cleaned and had great service. I was treated nice and the staff was polite. Doc answered all my pending teeth questions.

I can't explain how professional they are here I came in with crippling pain and they treated me first class

The staff at Family West Dentistry was one of the best! I’ve been going to the dentist for a LONG time, and no one has explained things the way they do OR been as thorough! Dr. Mike and Lori are a great team and so gentle! Ana up front made sure I had no surprises with my insurance and got me booked right away. 10 out of 10 and I’ll be sending my family too!!

We had been patients at this office with the previous dentist. Called to make a cleaning appointment for my kids and was informed of the new process. We must get X-ray appointment in order for the doctor to “deem it necessary for the dentist to provide a cleaning” —at a separate appointment.” So X-rays one visit, then if the dentist gives the permission, a cleaning can be scheduled at a separate visit. Coming from a family of dentists, this is nothing more than yet another dentist who wants to charge patients more. We will go elsewhere. Never heard of a dentist who requires permission to provide a cleaning. Yikes!

DR. Mike is the best in the Biz this guy was professional and made me feel at home. Whole office was very friendly! Will definitely be recommending.

I’ll start this review by saying I have not been to a dentist in a couple years since my previous dentist retired. With that being said there is always nervousness when picking a new dentist to go to after having the same one for 20+ years. I went to Family West Dentistry and any concern I might of had went out the window very fast. They are as top notch as it gets. Working with Ana to get my appointment scheduled was fast and easy and they worked with my schedule to get me in as soon as possible. In terms of the work I had done Dr. Mike and Lori should definitely be classified as top tier. They were professional, friendly, kind, thorough, and took care of everything I needed. All work was completed with zero issue and my dental needs have all been taken care of. I can’t say enough positive things about this place and would highly recommend this place to anybody in need of a good quality dentist. Can’t see myself going to any other dental office in the future! Thank you to the wonderful staff and Dr. Mike! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

Dr.Mike is amazing and all the stuff, I am so happy with the results and the attention they gave me. I highly recommend this clinic.

I took my son here recently for a cleaning. The Dentist (Dr.Mike) was so good with him . He was even telling me about all he had learned when we left , about brushing and flossing . They were definitely prepared for kids with all the fun flavors and really were so nice and gentle. The x-ray machine was so nice he just had to stand and the machine moved around him. It was quick and painless. Unfortunately he did have a cavity to be filled so we planned a return visit . Our next visit again was lovely. My son was nervous to go but the Dr. Mike made him feel right at home. He was kind and gentle . And so fast !!! As I waited I was able to enjoy a complementary water bottle and a snack offered in the waiting room. I also got to meet the new owner, she is so nice ! Really such a positive experience I will definitely be coming back not just for my kids but for me also ! They take Chp+ and most insurance ! Just fyi

Dr. G was very gentle, professional, courteous and thorough. Whole office friendly and polite. Lori, the assistant was great also. I would recommend Family West Dentistry to everyone. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

I have been going to this facility for 5+ years & Dr. Fant was the best. I recently scheduled my appointment under new management with Dr. Smith......made there in time and place is closed with no show. This practice didn't have courtesy of calling in advance for cancellation. That's very disrespectful !!! DO NOT GO THERE, its not the same

The place has reopened with new management and a new dentist. Dr. Emory is thorough and friendly and makes you feel comfortable in the dental chair. Even though they weren't around when the office shut down last year - they are brand new to this office - they are going the extra mile to take care of all the patients that might have felt abandoned by the previous dentist. If you were previously a patient there, you should definitely go back and see the difference. They truly are a class act!

Veronica was very friendly and she’s very polite! Very easy to schedule or change appointments. Im very comfortable in their office. Doctor Lowther and the assistants made me feel welcome and safe.

My husband and I would really like to know what happened to the practice. So disappointed that there has been no communication to their clients about what’s going on. At the very least, we would really like to have our charts, x-rays, and info so that we can provide it to our new dentist.

Where is Dr. Ostrov??? Just disappeared! No phone call, no email, no text...phone disconnected. Very disappointed! Annette Adlfinger

I don't understand where is Dr Ostrov? The phone disconnected, what will happen to our charts, shouldn't he have told his patients what is going on?

What happened to Dr.Ostrov and his practice? I needed emergency care, called to find out the number was temporarily disconnected, sent an email and received no reply and stopped by the office which (in August) was closed up with a note on the door to take mail to the leasing office. Called again to hear a message saying my call could not be completed. It would have been nice of Dr. Ostrov and his staff to tell us he was no longer in business and to find another dentist. There's a credit balance on my books, i'd like it refunded to me so i can continue care elsewhere. I know it's a difficult time, but it's so wrong to treat long standing customers this way.

Dental services for the past 2 years have been very good, however we are greatly disappointed in finding that since the COVID pandemic we now find no information on this office. Phone no longer active, no one to contact, no notices have been sent to former clients. Dr. Ostrov seems to have disappeared. Anyone with information??
