Parker Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I went in to get my teeth cleaned and had a very sub-par low quality experience. They tried to get me to pay extra $ for irrigation and things that my insurance just doesn’t cover, and so I was very clear that I didn’t want anything extra. As a result, they spent 5 minutes cleaning my teeth and didn’t even really try to clean them. I guess that’s the type of work they do when you don’t want to pay extra amounts of money on their services.

My 3 kiddos and I have been coming here for serveral years. My daughter has complained about the way the staff treats her poorly and today I experienced it for myself. The doctors have always been great but the turnover for the office staff is high and they are not very kind.

Jessica is very sweet and so helpful. Youngmi is so kind and made me feel very comfortable during all of my procedures. Dr. Miller is excellent at what he does. He walked me through everything he did and I felt very comfortable in his hands. The work he did to fix my fillings and crowns left my teeth looking so much better and stronger! 10/10 recommend this team!

There were two receptionist, one was friendly and helpful. The other lady seemed mad at the world and that patients and co-workers alike were inconveniencing her. The dentist and hygienist were nice, explained what was occurring and answered any questions I had.

Very pleased.

I hate the new automated system. It now takes forever to get someone on the phone. I had to call over 3 times before getting someone on the phone. I was on hold and got disconnected each time after waiting on hold. Also in office no one greets you. I had to wait over 15 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence in office. Customer service is horrible.

Deb was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and put me at ease. Parker Modern has the most high tech equipment out there! They really know what they are doing! Thanks Deb!

I’m so thankful for Dr. Bohr! I had pain but was going out of town, and they got me in before leaving. Dr. Bohr is friendly and gentle; he did quality work that didn’t hurt and stayed in place until I could get in for a root canal. The hygienists are very nice, and I like how they go over the expected costs before starting. Thanks!

My experience with the doctor and dental tech was amazing! However, the receptionists working we’re disinterested in answering my questions in regard to payment plans/scheduling future appointments. My experience with them from start to finish was unpleasant and unprofessional. Because of this I won’t be returning.

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist. I was able to get in an see Dr Miller on short notice for a dental emergency and he was very gentle and great about explaining the procedures step by step and putting me at ease. I'll definitely be back!

Only interested in the almighty dollar

This place will take your insurance money for xrays but is too lazy to do the standard "cheap" cleaning that is supposed to come with an initial visit. They just try to upsell/ max profit without caring about a patients' requests/needs first. Never having family go there again. Very disappointing and I hope others see this review before making a mistake of going here. The Castle Rock location is fantastic though so please try there instead if you are looking for a dentist.

I had a great experience as a first time client. Yungmi was very professional, kind, fast and efficient for my cleaning. I'll be happy to come back!

Been coming to this office for a couple of years now, everyone has been very nice, Doctor Bor, Deb and the the ladies at the front desk are all very kind.

The hygienists are wonderful. Some of the dentists are great. However, one of the dentists are very gruff and lacks a bedside manner. Calling and having them answer in a timely manner is nearly impossible. And they are insanely overpriced. A deep cleaning was almost $1200. One tooth replacement was over $5,000. A simple cavity is almost $200. All of this is after insurance, and like previously stated, the main dentist has zero compassion for dental issues in adults.

There were some issues on my last visit with check in and wait time once I was in an exam room but overall I’m satisfied with the dentist and office. Without those issues it would have been 5 starts.
