Going to the dentist is no fun for anyone, but I would give Stonegate Dental Care 10 stars if I could. They knew I was nervous and totally made me feel more comfortable with their amazing personalities and support. Everyone here is extremely professional and more than kind. Dr. Jauregui explained to me everything going on with my teeth and educated me on how everything works and alleviated my anxiety. I would also like to point out that they have competitive prices. I was seeing a different dentist and stonegate charged me less than the other office quoted me. Stonegate Dental is absolutely superb. Today was my first time at Stonegate Dental Care, and it was a very positive experience, despite the news that my teeth are in bad shape. Doctor Rentz showed me the condition of my teeth, explained my options for treatment and the cost, and I chose the best one for me. Melissa explained their discount plan which I purchased, as it will save me a lot of money. I never felt rushed or pressured. Could not have been better! Yesterday, (11/1/21) I had an appt at Stonegate Dental Care which was part of an 8 step plan toward getting permanent partial dentures. I've been going to Dr. Rentz since May and he and his staff are awesome. I was greeted by Amanda at the front desk. She is always upbeat and welcoming. Dr. Rentz was assisted by Wendy, who always lets me know what to expect in the next step of my treatment. She always makes me feel at ease. Dr. Rentz explains everything and gives me options and never rushes me into making decisions. He takes time to make the best decisions for the best outcome. Stonegate Dental Care is the best dental practice I've ever experienced. And their new office is beautifully furnished, warm and welcoming. After I got my permanent partial dentures, I had concerns about how they were fitting so I went in for adjustments. Dr. Rentz and Wendy listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time trying to make the dentures fit better. They sent the dentures back for more adjustments and I go back next week to see if they are fitting better. As always, Dr. Rentz and Wendy were attentive and didn't rush me. Stonegate Dental Care remains the best dental practice I've experienced.
