Worst dental experience ever! My 87 yr old Mother supposedly had a root canal. No post treatment instructions. Said they would fax RX to the nursing home, Nope! No pain meds. Let her walk out to the parking lot alone! No emergency contact phone #!!! I'm filing a Medicaid discrimination complaint!!!

I used to love this place but the lady who does the X-rays n takes over fillings is incompetent. I have been here since Dr graves. I am not upset w Dr.Hall however. He's kind but I can't stay do to the main tech lady . She acted scared to drill my mouth. Couldn't figure out how to work the x-ray machine was using Ziploc bags to bite on instead of real medical grade stuff......
