First off I am glad others had a great experience here, but after being a patient over a year and multiple visits I have found a better dentist for me. In my experiences Dr. Al-Nahhas was rushed and always rude. I had to ask multiple times for him to explain to me what he was doing and why. His demeanor in his explanations and actions were very condescending. not only to me (the patient), but to his staff as well. After moving to a new general dentist I found that my insurance elsewhere cover my fillings 100% while Absolute Dental quoted me a costly price per filling. While his work seems good, I am much more pleased with the dental quality and customer care elsewhere.

Charged me and billed my insurance for two cavities that they never ended up doing because of the hurricane. It’s now been almost 8 months since the storm and I still cannot get anyone to call me back and acknowledge my existence.

I found Dr Al to be very personable and professional. He took great interest in my dental emergency and handle it very much to my satisfaction. I was a Dental assistant for 25 years and I feel I am very qualified to make this observation. Today i had my Prophy and exam and I must say Emily the Hygenist was also terrific ! It has been a few years since I retired and have had occasion to use more than one Hygienist for my checkups, this visit restored my faith that some of them are still very committed to providing the highest level of care. She surpassed my expections I am relatively new to Panama City and I am happy to say I found my new Dentist and staff. I highly recommend Absolute Dental

I have been going to Absolute Dental Care for almost two years now. Dr. Al-Nahaas is so great and always does his best to save a tooth or do what is best for your tooth. The staff are so nice and professional. I wanted to let everyone know about this tool he has called Dental Vibe. If anyone is like me and hates the dentist and furthermore hates the injections that he has to give sometimes then the Dental Vibe is for you. It is a tool that he places against your gums and it pulsates against your gums and while he is giving the injections you can barely feel it. I guess it psychs out your mind and you don't concentrate on the impending pain from the injection. I mean this thing AMAZING. I NEVER get an injection without it. So the next time you go and need an injection ask for the Dental Vibe I promise you, you will not believe the pain it takes away from the injections.

When they numb you, all you feel is a little pinch. When they pull, though, it is a completely different story. All you feel is a little 'jolt' of pressure, that lasts less than a second. When my first tooth was pulled, I was completely baffled. I didn't even know it was gone until I heard the little 'ka-plunk' as they dropped it into the pan. They set it out in a little pouch my for my mother to take home, and I was done! Less than 1 MINUTE and I was done! Looks like the tooth fairy owes me!

Absolute WORST Dentist. He replaced a crown, and it came off 3 times in 2 years. Will not stand behind his work and wants to keep charging me to put it on when it's his fault for filing it down because he put it backwards and didn't fit. The assistant placed it in my mouth before him and it went in just fine. To fix the filling job he screwed up he added a bonding agent to get back what he sanded off. This crown keeps coming off and getting infected. I have a prosthetic limb and this is dangerous to have a constant infection. The office staff never calls me back and wont even give me a prescription for antibiotics. Insurance will not pay for another crown for 10 years. Save your time and money and go to a better Dentist. This dentist SUCKS!
