I have a lot of anxiety around dentist visits. Because of that, I avoided the dentist for far too long. I explained my situation to the staff, and they could not have been more kind and understanding. The customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced- not just at a dentist, but any medical office. I would recommend everyone to this office.

I went through flouridet reatment which was optional after my periodontal maintenance though I haven’t opted for it and falsely charged $25 . The reason told was staff was busy that time and there might be a miscommunication happened. Please be aware of what kind of treatment you go through.

I have been going there for over a year, excellent service and courtesy staff, what more you can expect?? Stonewalk will be for all my dental needs as long as I live here.

Worst scheduling and customer service. Happened multiple times to husband and me - we show up for confirmed appts and they don’t have us in their schedule. Leave VMs and no one calls back! Very disappointed! But the hygienists and doc are always great! I have been going to this place for past 15 yrs and scheduling inconsistencies have been an issue for the past two yrs.

Highly recommend this Practice and Dr Ankita Sheth. I am a 58 year patient. The practice is clean and modern. The staff took very good care and overall my experience was very positive. Dr Sheth was very thorough, patient and skilled. She communicates very well, takes the time to explain the procedures and lets us know what to expect. She is mindful of the discomfort and takes utmost care to alleviate it. She and her staff give clear aftercare instructions. I hope to have Dr Sheth take care of my dental needs as I age and face attendant challenges. Thank you so very much.

My experience as new patient was very bad at this location. I was scheduled for a basic cleaning as I had a deep dental cleaning 5 months ago. When I made my appointment, the front desk booked me for 12:30pm. I made it clear to her that I had to go to pick up my son from school at 2pm. She told me that the process would take 1 hour. When I got there, they spent almost 2 hours for X-rays and exams without meeting my needs that I came for. After 15 minutes no one showed up, I told someone that I had to leave. The financial Advisor came to me very rude asking me to pay $78 for my basic dental cleaning while my insurance should cover the cost. She refused to explain why I have to $78 for the basic. Finally, she told me that go to somewhere else. I got up and left without my basic dental cleaning.explain

Poor customer service. No call backs to left voice messages. Deposits are moved between appointments and open balances. When confronted about the practice; they flipped it back even after it was requested they do not do that action. I also found it surprising that they even require deposits to book appointments; a practice I've never seen at any other dentist. ----- After the review I received a call and a satisfactory resolution was reached. Thank you.

This office seems to be understaffed, disorganized and non-professional. They cannot even retrieve my files that I had emailed them and the dentist literally looked at the files/x-rays on my phone to determine dental work that I needed for the future. Not good , I had asked for a follow up phone call which I still did not receive. I changed dentist and will never return to this office
