No Release form signed. Patients have privacy . No meds should be discussed when other patients in the waiting room area . I liked going here until today.

Extremely rude staff. Wouldn't recommend. Wouldn't take my dog there If I could.

Do not go to this dentist you will be in more pain than you were before you got there. They do not have the patience best interest, I call for antibiotics for a tooth he has already seen 90 days ago that has gotten infected again, he will not give antibiotics simple antibiotic for a tooth he already examined. He is not worthy he only cares about his pocket bottom line.

All I can say is wow the staff is amazing very professional and friendly the service was successful and quick the dentist was very awesome and fast my experience there was beyond amazing great dental office to go I would recommend anyone to go there.

Best service in this area all nurses and doctors are so good and helpful and they always busy to so get appointment and go there I can give 100/100

Sept 03 did an x ray was scheduled to do other procedures but for some reason the dental office can't contact my dental insurance company in order to proceed. They sent the pre authorization to the wrong company, I call them so the two parties to resolve the issue it doesn't seem to be a priority because its now December 03 and I haven't even got an appointment because they still have sent the proper paperwork to the dental company. Left number at office on several occasions no response!!!!!

Had a tooth pulled and it was a amazing experience in the past I’ve felt every bit just about but here I didn’t even know he had finished pulling it out until he said something!!! Highly recommend!

I have an emergency filling that fell out and my tooth is exposed and really hurts. I was trying to tell the lady that was examining my mouth about it, but she just wouldn't look at it and told me I had to make another appointment for it . How rude and uncaring. Now I probably have more damage because I had to wait.

Very pleased. Got me in and out quickly. Provided information and possible cost for future work. Also made arrangements for referral. I only needed to show up for my appointment. They took the stress away from visiting the dentist's office.

My gum got really infection. The dentist took really good care of me.

I was already checked in and they were going to pull a tooth. They cancelled on me 4 times. Then finally the day came to get tooth pulled, then they say they no longer except my insurance. Now I'm stuck with a toothache! Thanks guys.

All I am going to say is they will not get a recommendation from me...very disappointed! Then what make matters worst is this is not the first time they have overlooked something that had to be fixed by another dentist!!!😠

Waited over an hour for an appointment and then was treated very rudely and noticed that a filling needed to be redone that they had just done in fact I went to another Dentist the next day and They laughed at the job this Dentist did at the family dentistry and told me they would redo A cavity filling for free. Very shoddy work very rude unprofessional just quick to get the job done and collect the money.

I was a walk in. I was pretty close to having to go to the hospital because of the swelling, fever and pain due to the work of another local dentist that denied treatment for the work he'd previously done. Everyone was wonderful, understanding , helpful and Americus Family Dentistry has just gained my entire family as customers. Thank you all so very much.
