I am so excited I followed my amazing hygienist to this office! Maile (Miley) is the best hygienist in the biz!! Now I also have Dr Neal Shah!! He is very thorough and personable. He answered all my questions and put me at ease immediately! The office is absolutely immaculate, clean and beautiful! Highly recommended 10/10! Ask for Maile and Dr Shah!!

Oh wow where do I start. Feather Touch Dental Care has the greatest staff I ever experienced in a dental office. I Google this place, looked at website, read the wonderful reviews and decided to call and make an appointment. The front desk staff was nice, the wait was less than 15 minutes, the dental assistance Jacqueline was kind and Dr. Kim was friendly, addressed my dental needs and such a great listener. I highly recommend Feather Touch Dental Care.

As someone who's had negative experiences at the Dentist before, Feather Touch has actually made me enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. Extremely clean, no hidden add-ons or fees, and kind staff that actually care about you! Miley was the best during my visit. She made me feel very comfortable and was very knowledgeable on how to perfect my dental routine. This is hands down the BEST dentist in ATL!

First service with Brittney who was thorough and engaging. While Zoe will be missed, I’m glad to have some just as personable and capable to step in. Always great to chat with Dr. Kim as well.

I broke my crown while on vacation and they were able to see me with little notice, Dr Shah is very personable and does excellent work, the office is nice and clean and everyone is very friendly, I’m changing dentist and so far I’m very impressed and happy with the work!

Dr. Shah and his team are polite, friendly, and go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable in the dentist’s chair. It’s the first dentist I’ve been to where I look forward to my appointment. I’ve had a very pleasant cleaning with Miley (Smiley Miley) and she was awesome! I also get my aligners from his office and have been thrilled with my results. Dr. Shah is very knowledgeable about his field. I’ve met other dentists who he has taught in the past and they also rave about him. Truly the best in town!

For someone anxious about dentists Feather Touch Dental is the place! They are the best I’ve been to.

I was looking for a new dental clinic because the tools and facility at my old clinic were looking worn out. Not to mention that for years, my doctor would tell me that i would need to redo my old fillings, but it never got addressed, so I sort of questioned their credibility. I've switched over to Feather Touch, and going to the dentist has been great and no longer stressful or scary! I love the location, staff, and how painless the visits have been! Feather Touch is located in Colony Square, so I love how I can grab a bite either before or after my appointment at Politan Row! Best way to reach the office is through the lobby that is located past Moe's that can be seen on the right side before entering Politan Row. Take the elevators on your right to go to the 12th floor and take a left out of the elevator. Office is located around the corner. Once you enter the office, you're greeted by friendly staff. I've had my cleaning and my fillings redone so far and everyone has been terrific from the front desk, dental hygienist, to Dr. Kim. They're super gentle, addresses all your questions, and always check on you to make sure you're comfortable and doing okay. I was little nervous getting my fillings redone today but I was amazed by how quick and painless the visit was! They gave me a bit of laughing gas, and then numbing shot, and some noise cancellation headsets that I connected my music to so that I can jam through the procedure. I can still hear some drilling but didn't feel any pain and was just enjoying the nice view from their office window and enjoyed my music. I still have more re-fillings to get done but judging by how this visit went, I have no worries and truly feel like I've made a great decision in switching over here! Also, I no longer have visible silver filling when I smile! Or as my friend had called it, pirate tooth but you can gather, these fillings were super old and definitely needed rework. Oh and make sure to bring your deck parking ticket

Dr. David Kim is the best. Very kind and gentle. Understood my anxiety. Explained every step of the procedure. Everyone in the office were respectful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend Feathertouch Dental. Thank you everyone there!

The dentists and supporting team at this practice are incredibly kind. They are incredibly gentle, communicate very well, and work really hard to respond to dental emergencies quickly. I just can’t say enough about this practice. I really appreciated how careful they were during the pandemic - it showed a true level of care for patients and the staff. They are great about providing a prioritized long term care plan for you teeth, which is very helpful as you age and the dental care ‘to do’s’ start piling up. Wonderful people. Very grateful to be a patient here. My whole family moved over to this practice.

The dentists and staff are very kind and go out of their way to be reachable / responsive. I did have an issue with billing, but the dentist reached out directly to help resolve it. Overall great customer service!
