Beware! Initially I gave a great review until I finally found out that the tooth that was supposed to pulled from my son’s mouth was broken off & not pulled. Front office manager returned the money for extraction, but will not return my call . The dentist told me to bring him back and she can pull it when I did she was still not able to, and referred me to a surgeon which costs substantially more.

My mom has been coming here since she was a child, she came here while pregnant with me, and I started coming here once I was able as a child. I have been coming to Austell Dental Associates for about 20 years. Absolutely amazing and the front desk staff is so caring and helpful! Great customer service and I always have the best experience with them! Nothing negative to say about this place!!

Best dentist practice in the Cobb area. Front staff is amazing, dental hygienist are proficient, knowledgeable, and timely. Both Dentist are wonderful-especially Dr. Edwards- her demeanor is a breath of fresh air and skills are unmatched.

Be aware of the services you are getting and what your insurance policy reads. Just received a surprise billing that I owe more because my insurance down coded their services. Only to find out this office has NEVER done amalgam filings (which 9 out of 10 is the only filing approved from ins). Therefore when I received my estimate, had the services done, I paid what was estimated. Now I get a bill for the difference. Not happy with a surprise bill when they knew this could be a possible issue. If it were for my previous dentist retiring (who was a very honest man) I would never have gone here.

Really surprised at a 4.9 rating. Dr Edwards and the staff are crooks! Not charged what I was told when I made the appointment! Dr Edwards is NOT thorough or accurate and lied when she told me problems with my teeth. I went to get a second opinion and found an honest dentist. Finally! Otherwise, I would have spent $2500 at this place!! Beware!!!

Nothing but a bunch of un Profesional theives! Come in multiple times with exams and repair plans and once it came down to it told me they couldn't help me the last min while we were there, took countless trips their and payments to get exams and plans worked out and basically just spit in our faces!

I love Dr.Pace and his assistant Kaila!! I never had a consistent dental care growing up so I was weary about coming at first but I tried them out and I loved them! I highly recommend them. I’ve been coming here for over 6 years now 🤍

Office is absolutely beautiful and calming. Alexis was the first dental hygienist I saw after not being to the dentist in over 10 years and she was so sweet and very informative. The doctors are very nice as well. My husband has been coming here since he was a little boy and won’t go anywhere else

I have been coming to Austell Dental Associates for many years and always receive a professional and friendly service, everyone in the office is courteous and kind. My Mother and I are very grateful to Dr. Pace, Dee, Wisteria, and all staff for always taking care of us. Me and my family are happy to continue to be patients of Austell Dental Associates for as long as we are nearby.

I recently transferred dentist offices to see Dr. Edwards. My first cleaning appointment with Alexis was awesome. She is very thorough and pleasant to chat with. I just left from getting my permanent crown after a root canal. Who knew that could be a pleasant experience?? Dr. Edwards and her assistant Violet really made it so. They really care about their patients and are also VERY thorough and efficient with the services. I highly recommend!!

We love Austell Dental Associates. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. My family and I couldn’t imagine going any where else. Highly recommend this office!

You will definitely want to go see Dr. Edwards and her Dental Assistant Violet for your next visit! I had a last minute issue pop up so I contacted Austell Dental Associates and they fit me in really quick. The Dental Assistant Violet was very friendly and knowledgeable. She conducted my X-rays in a quick and easy manner. I have always had trouble with dental X-rays in the past, but not with Violet. Dr. Edwards was very detailed in completing my exam and treated my issue immediately. I had to have several numbing shots which didn’t sting hardly at all. In all my previous dental visits where I needed shots, I’ve always had pain when administered. For anyone who is uncertain about what dental office to use, I highly recommend Austell Dental Associates, Dr. Edwards and her assistant .You’ll be thankful you did!
