Professional and friendly, great service. I love Dr. Polk he has a great sense of humor, my husband even likes him and he doesn't like dentist.

I walked right in for my appointment and had another great cleaning and dental health evaluation with new x-rays. My family has used this office for many years and will continue in the future.

I was very nervous about getting my preliminary work done for a crown. I paid to have the gas to relieve my nervous and Dr. Polk and Ms. Ashley did a wonderful job. I never felt a single pinch or any uncomfortableness. Later, my mouth felt completely normal. I have been a patient for over 10 year and also lover my favorite hygienist, Ms Kellley. The whole staff has always been helpful and friendly

Everyone in this office is so welcoming, kind and understanding. Dr. Polk is absolutely wonderful!! He listens to what you have to say, explains everything in as much detail as possible, answers all questions you may have, and comes up with options from cheapest to a little more pricy. But will do whatever you decide and doesn't make you feel bad if you go with the cheaper option. He also checks with you throughout whatever he's doing to make sure you're doing ok. He and his staff genuinely cares about their patients!! I just love Dr. Polk and everyone there!!

I have been going here since i was a teenager with my family. I am grateful for them on how they go about their business on making all of us feel welcomed and valued. Definitely top tier quality dentistry. If you’re looking for a new dentist. I recommend them being on top of your list.

I am a senior citizen and over the years I have been to quite a few dentist. I have never met a dentist along with his staff that are as professional as Dr. Polk and his assistants. He is very knowledgeable and patient. If I could give him a grade it would be A++. I would not consider going to any other dentist in Columbus!!!

I've been to several different dentists in and out of Columbus. The staff at Family Dentistry at Columbus is super professional and courteous. They have state of the art and up to date equipment. The pricing is reasonable for a high quality dentist's office. They have enough dental assistants to make scheduling a breeze. I highly recommend this office.

Broke a crown loose yesterday. Called Family Dentistry they got me in today, fixed the crown and I leave on a Thanksgiving trip this afternoon. Service Dr. Parker and team could not have been better.
