Dr Anya was very patient & made my extraction literally fast & painless!

I paid before my appt and signed two forms agreeing to the payment. Over a month later I received another bill for $45. I have called the office and sent multiple messages via the app and billing department still has not gotten back to me. Very unorganized at this office. EDIT: I’ve called several times and either get hung up on or told I’ll receive a call back and never get one.

Dr Singh is very professional and friendly. I was nervous he made me feel very comfortable during my visit I really appreciate Dr Singh and his staff. Thank you..

Excellent! Front desk staff and Dental Assistants are friendly and polite. Brittany is the BEST HYGIENIST! Dr. Anya and Dr. Collins Truly care about their patients. They are easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable during your procedure. Highly recommend!

Best Dentist office I’ve been to…. Dr.Singh was very gentle and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Also Ami was a great dude kick lol, she held my hand due to me being very nervous. Great team over all

The office does not return voice mail messages. I left a few messages to get appointments for general cleaning and they have not called back. Also, they will cancel your appointment because someone called out and reschedule you for MONTHS away. They were once very good but the customer service has went down.

I went in for my cleaning I was very scared because my mouth are so sensitive, but they assured me that it won't be painful and it was not .it was my best cleaning I ever have I would definitely recommend Conyers smile

First time at the office and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I met Dr Franklin Anya who was very friendly and explained what he was recommending for me he is a really nice person I plan to stay under his care. The teeth cleaning was done by Ashley Maxwell who did a fantastic job never did I feel any pain and she thoroughly explained every procedure she did which impressed me and she is very personable and knowledgeable. I am a person who has had many dentists as I have moved around the country so I can say I have seen some bad and some good. I highly recommend Conyers smile dentistry and Orthodontics for your dental care.

Poor customer service. I called to inquire about being seen as a new patient and the receptionist presented as hesitant and discouraging...asking if i had a referral. I don't need a referral to change primary care dentist. Further she then told me they didn't have openings until a month out. I share my son was in pain and she said they would review my insurance and see if the dentist would see my son in a few days and unfortunately she couldn't schedule him without speaking with dentist. It's been 4 days and no one has called back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stopped in to speak with an office manager. I've been here 30 min and no one has come out to address me. The receptionist; however, has sealed the deal for me as i have sat here and listened to her nice-nasty attitude and unprofessional unaccommodating communication to clients over the phone--several front office staff have indicated they have double booked ppl (its seems to be a common practice with them). I am leaving after this sentence in this review and not returning.

I have a history of bad experiences at dentist offices. To the point where I would only go if I absolutely had a problem that was causing pain. That being said, I had the best experience at Conyers Smiles. Everyone was extremely nice. The X-rays were digital so they didn’t cut my gums up like in the past. The dentist was very explanatory and understanding. The hygienist was amazing. I think I have finally found a dentist that I can go to on a regular basis. Thank you to everyone that was involved in my care.

I'm 62. I've only had one filling and never had any teeth pulled. Still have my wisdom teeth. Just before Christmas, my filled tooth broke in half. A crown or cap was not an option. Dr. Singh did my initial assessment, and Dr. Shin removed my tooth. I was petrified. Everyone in the office understood my concerns and treated me and my anxiety in a very professional and caring manner. I will definitely be back to this office.

NO one should ever walk into this office, front office is horrible. They charged me $1280.00 to pull a tooth. I went in to have a cavity filled. SO overpriced, special lady with a huge sales pitch about what they need to do, she probably gets commission. Please never go there ever ever ever ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There response is copy and pasted. They are not going to do anything, I had called several time and no one ever called me back. Please save yourself and never walk through their door. Corporate run and a total joke. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please DO NOT GO HERE. Take your time and search out other Orthodontics. Horrible service, specifically the front desk receptionist Danielle, she never picks up the phone and puts ppl on hold just to never return to the call.Terrible communication as well. Save your time and money, they are not worth the headache, let alone 1 star. Don't call that number suggesting to take a moment to call its just a fake approach to act like she/they care.

I will never send my kids back to this dentist office. Front desk is rude and very unprofessional, nonchalant. They advised that both my children needed a deep cleaning and charged me for services that my insurance should have covered. Performed a digital X-ray that i did not give them the authorization to do on one of my kids(they ended up having to write it off). After numerous attempts of calling and asking for the refund of the services that I paid for that I should not have paid for, I continued to get the run around and was told that the office manager was at the other location or that someone will call me back. This went on literally for months. I have never in my life had to put up with such unprofessional and very rude service in my life. Called to file a complaint with my insurance company (Cigna) at that time, but because it was showing on their end that I had a balance owed, they were not able to put the complaint through. It has been total hell dealing with this dentist office. Please do not waste your time or money with these people, it is not worth it!!

I have been to many dentist offices. Conyers Smiles dentist, front office, dental hygienist (Madison, Amy, Dr. Anya, & Lily) are beyond more than I had expected. Pleasant, professional, kind. My daughter currently goes to another dentist in the area. I suggested that she changes to my new dentist. Winner!
