Faulty root canal, and the dentistry does not stand behind their work. Crystal clear images showing they missed a whole canal. When I called to ask about what they could do, the front desk is zero help and says I just need to come in and be seen. I stated I could send images first. When asked what they do in these types of situations, the front desk is like a broken record stating I just need to come in and be seen. I refuse to give them more money. Aggressive insurance/billing dept as well. Avoid like the plague.

Haven’t been to any dentist for years due to a really traumatic experience. Went in shaking and left feeling so much better! Brooke was amazing with my cleaning and Dr. Farhang was amazing! The dentist was great but the billing department is an absolute nightmare and extremely rude. They refuse to listen to their clients and denied the fact that I had already paid for a service that was not provided. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone due to the fact that billing will always be an issue.

I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. This was my first visit to A+. The office got me an appointment quickly and all of the front desk staff are super friendly. Dr. Farhang was great about advising and educating me on my options, and then did not put any pressure on me to go above or beyond what I was comfortable doing or spending. Her and the dental assistant both made the process as smooth and easy as possible and I will definitely be a returning patient.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY$$$ This is the WORST dentist office I have ever gone to in my entire life, first they force my wife to do 2 different types of x-rays and charged her for both & she has great dental insurance, the office manager tried to bully my wife about suggested treatments that the dentist was trying to jam down her throat like just replacing all issues with implants instead of treatments & when my wife asked questions about why not treat some issues, the dentist left the room & had her bully office manager come back and fire her as a patient! What?!? Unbelievable, and we are still out those x-ray fees, all this office cares about is ripping people off, buyer beware.

This is the worst dentistry in the area & most rude behavior you will experience if you need to cancel the service...these guys are only after your money and will scare you, so you are bound to do the treatment with them. There are much better places in the area for your treatment and you should never go to this place.

B1 was wonderful, let me know everything she was doing as she was going and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable. She loves what she does and it shows.
