Dr. Terrance L. Jeter and Associates Cosmetic and Family Dentistry

I am always greeted with a smile and in a warm friendly manner. Dr. Jeter and his staff are pleasant, friendly and professional. Everyone takes the time to answer any questions or concerns that one may have. As a person that does not take pain well he always handles me with kid gloves. I am a happy loyal patient.

I’ve watched from the sidelines as my partner embarks on the journey of catching up with their oral health. I’ve seen them have complications/differing costs and procedures that take exorbitant amounts of time, resulting in having to leave, reschedule after waiting for over an hour before even getting to the chair and starting. They were talked up to a deep clean which had to be done in 2 apportionments (they do 1/2 and then you have to schedule and come back for the other half). More time out of your day and away from work. This dentistry will also pitch cosmetic dental work even after declining and sharing you have NO interest in it. Second visit- my partner came in and the work that was agreed upon for the day wasn’t fully completed, had to clarify afterwards what was ACTUALLY done- told to schedule again for the rest of it. More time out of your day and away from work. The icing on the cake was a simple permanent crown (less than 1 hour anywhere else) taking from 9am arrival to past 2 PM!! More time out of your day and way from work. I’ve NEVER seen anything like this as I’ve gone to my dentist in Gwinnett since 2014, having a solid idea of how long my visits there normally take (45-1hr maybe 1.5 if there’s work to be done). The dentist works on multiple people at a time, elongating the process. Now I have to convince my partner that this is NOT the norm so that their anxieties will ease and they can get the care they need elsewhere. Do yourself a favor: shop around, compare prices, be clear on the amount of time the procedure will take, get a second opinion. Do NOT go here for convenience because you will be inconvenienced. For people who have anxiety about being in the dentist chair, take your time and ask all the questions you need, look at your paperwork closely. Please find a family dental practice that values your time and money and balances that with professionalism and quality of work.

what I can say about cosmetic and family Dentistry is that, they have a great team I have been going there for quiet sometimes. When you have an appointment they would remind you or send a card in the mail , text and call to make sure you don’t forget and great price if you are a Delta airlines employee I believe they work with most insurance but, I’m a Delta employee so I speak for my self.children also welcome so far so good I recommend that place to anyone who are looking for a family dentistry.

I’ve been coming this location for about 2 years now they are always welcoming. They always do a good job and try their best to get me in and out .

Much better coming to Midtown office on a Friday morning. The staff is more knowledgeable and friendly. It was way quicker than usual and my hygienist Meron was super gentle with my teeth! Gonna keep coming on Fridays from now on!

Dr. Jeter and his receptionist, Ms. Tiffany, are absolutely fantastic at the Midtown office. I went as a new patient. I have the worst case of dental anxiety which has caused me to have major dental issues now. From the first phone call from Tiffany to my exit, they were extremely professional, friendly, patient, warm, and empathetic. The dental hygienist and Dr. Jeter made accommodations for me that went above and beyond my expectations. I especially liked the tv in the room to keep me distracted. :) I highly recommend paying them a visit!

If I could rate zero, I would. Horrible initial experience that ultimately led to me to cancel appointment and to write this review. Called to schedule new patient visit and given an appointment on June 7th. Get a call the next day stating my appointment was given away. But, they offered to see me on May 25th at 11:45. Get a call on May 23rd to confirm and was told that the appointment was at 12. Still no problem, but in the conversation I asked if there was any information needed to make sure my insurance was accepted at the practice. The response was if there were any issues they would contact me. Day of appointment on my way to the facility, I get a text from the office that my appointment was at 12:15 (thirty minutes after the initial appointment). I explain to them the confusion and they stated it was an error by their system. Still no problem. The front office staff takes my license and insurance card. Upon reviewing my insurance card, they state it is the wrong insurance information. I have to call my HR to retrieve the correct information, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to sort out. At this point I am not comfortable with the practice and decided it would be best to cancel appointment. As I was leaving I noticed that I didn't have my license. The front office staff didn't know what they did with my license to which they start looking for it. That takes about another 15 to 20 minutes. After the initial search, I get accused of not even giving it to them in the first place or that I was given my license back. By this time, I had my fill of this place and just decided to go home without my license. I get about two minutes down the road and get a call from them saying they found my license. As I come back, the lady who basically told me that I didn't give it to her/she gave it back to me hands me my license without even so much as an apology for accusing me of misplacing my license. I call back to the office to request a call from the doctor and obviousl

What I loved about this experience was the not long waiting times, I appreciate a Doctor who cares about the time of others, thanks. The staff was super nice and diligent, and the procedure was well executed by the doctor with the help of two assistants. Great job, I would recommend Dr. Terrance L. Jeter to anybody with dentistry needs

This was a total waste of time and coverage, they didn't complete a basic cleaning on my very 1st visit, until I scheduled for a deeper cleaning on the next visit. It seems as though they didn't want to provide basic services in fear that I wont come back for the more expensive deep cleaning, so they decided not to do anything and now theres no chance that I will return! The office was empty by the way.

Professional, Affordable & Family Type Atmosphere

My experience was better than it’s ever been with their upgraded equipment and procedures. My x-rays were easier and my deep cleaning was completed without receiving uncomfortable shots in my gums. My mouth felt normal after the procedure was completed.
