8-10-2022. Four years later and NOTHING has improved at this location. Even with a name change and "facelift", this place is still horrible. My daughters went for a cleaning at the Forest Park location yesterday. I did not go to the back with them this time as I had been before and trusted some staff. However, yesterday my daughters told me that an aide, Cori (female, not sure if spelled correctly) was rude and even told her to shut up. She acted very unprofessional and impatient. Most of my experiences here have been subpar. The wait time is ridiculous as the staff is ALWAYS late.

Nobody never answer the phone. And when leaving a message they never calls back. I book and an appointment online 10 minutes later i get and email saying they was unable to schedule my appointment for the date and time although that was one of the available dates 🤦🏾‍♀️

This is a great location for my son. He's been going here since 1 and he's 6 now. Nice staff and great dentists...there is a little wait sometimes but I guess that's to be expected.

I can’t say enough regarding the care both my daughter, and I receive When visiting cool smiles for her dental visits. From the doctors to the technicians to the reception staff, everyone is just great and accommodating on all levels , my daughter says that this is the only dentist we’ve been to that she doesn’t dread before arriving . I would highly recommend to anyone who fear dental visits, who need extensive dental work or just a checkup, after many visits and tons of work done on my daughters mouth we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Great job cool smiles and thank you for all you have done for us and my daughter’s smile !

After dealing with a broken wisdom tooth during this pandemic I finally found a dental office that accepts Medicaid. When others weren't accepting new patients or closed all together Franklin Dental accepted me and gave me a same day appointment. The paperwork was super easy, they scheduled for me to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed! After calling and waiting for 3 months I got an abcess and thanks to Franklin Dental I got the antibiotics and pain medicine I needed. I am truly grateful to these people. Definitely give them a visit.

I was pleased with the exemplary customer service provided by all team members with whom I interacted. Additionally, the services were provided quickly and to my satisfaction. Excellent work, everyone.

First time visit with my two girls. Friendly staff, clean office and in and out, overall very formal with procedures. My girls absolutely loved the “playground” inside 🤗kept them busy while I completed the the paperwork.

My 14 year old has been a patient w/Franklin Dental & Braces for about 6mths. I am really impressed with the Services they give; from customer service to dental services. This may sound irrelevant but it smells really good to 😙ILOVEIT If U want good dental work go to Franklin Dental & Braces

Dr.Tsegay was the best ever...he knew how to calm my child down and he raletes by making them not feel nervous. My child slept the entire time, lol. The his assistants Amelia and Geo were the best at keeping me informed. I would recommend to any new patients. Great experience!

I took my 3 year old son here for a routine cleaning. During the cleaning they had to hold him down & he was screaming. The lead dentist (I assume) got an attitude and asked me does he eat sweets & proceeded to basically scold me & blamed him acting like that on sugar. My 3 year just so happens to have bad anxiety. I've chosen to take him to another pediatric dentist where he is happy! & Does not scream AT ALL! Teach the staff how to handle CHILDREN better!

I was given erroneous info when I scheduled the appointment, so I arrived at the office I assumed I was supposed to go to. After being told I was at the wrong office I drive to this one, arriving 15 minutes late. I was told I would have to reschedule because the dr is "very particular about her time". Hmmm, so am I. I don't appreciate being spoken to in a condescending tone and I don't appreciate not having my time respected. The lady at the desk was kind but that office will never receive a dime from me. The fact that the Dr never even took the time to assess the urgent nature of my visit, coupled with her blatant disregard for customer service means I have to go elsewhere!

This has been the worst dental office by far. I came in last week for an appointment for a cleaning and consultation. The appointments were behind 2hrs. I was told that my appointment was not for a cleaning, but instead for emergency/discomfort ect. After waiting for 2 hrs, I had to reschedule and leave for another obligation. I made my appointment again for a cleaning and consultation. I came in today, waited for 2 hours and 30mins, just to be told that I would not be getting my teeth cleaned, and that it was made for an emergency/discomfort appointment. The worst waste of time. I won't be coming back.

My appointment was at 8 am got there onetime and was told it would be 30 mins before he was seen.It is now 9:30 and my child still hasn't been seen.15 mins ago I was told that he was next..... 5 people later and still hasn't been seen. Update after being called at 9:45 was told that his procedure would be another hour and a half... I'm over it. Never coming back here

This is by far the worst kool smile ever I been coming to Kool smile since I was 9 years old this kool smile and they manager Candice Mahone is the worst one's to deal with I will never go to place again. My money was applied to to someone else account. My insurance was taken out so they tried to charge me 200 a tooth when it's 300.70 with 6 teeth. Everytime I come in its always something with them.

Scheduled an appointment for my child at 8am. We get there ,sign in and wait. After waiting about 15 minutes I get called up to the reception desk where I am told their office was shut down yesterday and their machines have not been inspected. They gave me an option to come back at 1pm as a walk in to see if she could be seen. No I shouldn't have to come back as a walk in because I made an appointment. She than stated she would call me since I lived close by to come in when their machines were up. I never received a call and my daughter missed half a day of school over lack of professional demeanor. I was able to schedule an appointment for my daughter tomorrow at another location. Hopefully my interaction is better otherwise I am changing dentistry for my children. Kool Smiles does not empathize with people's time and the amount of years customers have given them business.

I waited for over an hour when I went here. When asked how much repairing my tooth would cost the dentist told me that she "drives a Lamborghini and couldn't afford it" she assumed I wouldn't be able to afford it and never answered the question. Also, very alarming to me as a patient was that she never actually looked in my mouth, she only looked at an xray which showed two teeth during my oral exam, and made assumptions about the rest of the teeth in my mouth based on that xray. They only care about what your insurance will cover and not about informing or caring about the teeth or health of patients! I canceled all future appointments and went somewhere else!

Dr. Kadree and Nadia are awesome assets to this office. They were very patient with my child and did everything possible to make her comfortable. The office manager Kandice worked with me to ensure we were satisfied with our experience. Thanks Kool Smiles!

Geovanni Made My Daughter Feel So Comfortable && Had Her Relax From Being Afraid To Coloring In A Coloring Book, Another Gentlemen ,Had Her Thinking She Was Being Sprayed In The Mouth With Water While The Doc Was Giving Her A Numbing Shot, It Was A Overall Great Experience...She Got Her Fill In && Was Done, She Said "I'M DONE, THAT WASN'T SO BAD"!

I had Geovanni as my nurse and he was absolutely great!! I was nervous about the procedure that I was having and he explained everything and helped me relax!!! I would definitely recommend Geovanni as your nurse!!! The environment was really nice and very professional. I definitely wouldn’t mind coming again! Thanks Geovanni!
