First time coming to this dentist from always having bad experiences at other ones. but Martindale, it was hands down the best, they show me what they see so that way I have the idea of knowing what they are gonna do.and they make sure I’m okay and comfortable today I had a tooth extraction procedure I didn’t even feel when the needle go in my gums the whole time I didn’t feel anything all I felt was the pressure but other than that I was doing well.definitely making this my number one dentist. ☺️

I’m a new patient here and from the first call to the first & second appointment the customer service has been fantastic. They don’t overbook. They are very polite and professional. The Dr is phenomenal he explains everything to step by step so that you aren’t left out of knowing what’s going on. He breaks it down in layman terms, so that you can understand. So far so good I love this place.

When I say professionalism at its best! OMG!! I loved the office vibe starting when I stepped in the door and continued until I left. I love the way Dr.Martindale communicated with his staff and I. Anna and Pam I really appreciate your professionalism but you also made me feel like I was your family member. I’m happy to say I have a New Dentistry home that has an amazing doctor and a amazing staff.... Almost forgot I brought my daughter the next day and it’s hard to please teens but she loved them too. Update 2023: My children & husband also come to this office with me. This is now our family Dentist. I am so happy we found this place. The staff is always so great and warm. I truly believe they are helping me get over my anxiousness with the Dentist. Original post: We just moved to Griffin one month ago. So, when I had a filling fall out and I was in pain, I needed to find a dentist quickly. Another office was going to have me wait over 2 weeks to be seen, even with pain. This office was able to see me same day! I am terrified of the dentist. Like violently shaking scared. This office helped calm me from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. They did everything in their power to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I will 100% be returning and bringing my family here. Thank you to everyone at this office. ❤️❤️
