Great experience! I was told I needed a root canal by another doctor. I was a little uneasy about that. So I called them and they got me in! At my visit I was told I didn’t even need one! Very honest and friendly staff!

Everyone here is very nice and professional. No issues or complaints. The dentist is very friendly and skilled. My only complaint is that they are money hungry. Just bill your patients, we will pay you! Once appt. done you need to go into another room to settle your bill. I felt like I was at a car dealership. Other than that, I recommend them...lol

They are nice, clean and the office is great. DR Robinson is a highly skilled dentist. Per procedure their prices are actually very good. My only complaint is that It feels like a car dealership. It makes me uncomfortable and it makes me want to be cross. They don't deserve that because they are good people. The few interactions I have had with them it felt like they were always trying to up-sell something. It is hard to get an appointment to capitalize on any benefits of their plans. It's like you will always pay extra anyway. When your year is up your plan is gone regardless of whether or not you ever had anything done on the plan. I am not mad at them because I am the one who chose to buy the plan. They don't pay my light bill.

From my initial phone call (Leeann's sweet voice & genuine concern) , to walking out after my 1st appointment, it is evident this group works well together & are good, no, great at what they do! As a fellow worker in this industry & new to the area, I was nervous about the care I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable of his field & also attentive, great communicator, efficient & skilled in his work. Enedina & Ranisha were excellent, caring & skilled assistants. I just need to let ya'll know something. I'm a TERRIBLE dental patient. I'm sure they have lots of rolling eyes and heavy sighs with possible dread behind the closed door in morning meeting on the days of my appointments. I'm a grown woman who turns into a pouty toddler that can't tolerate being at the dentist. I don't know why. I'm a logical person in all other areas of my life, but this..... THIS! Something about sharp tools and the smell of burnt smoke. But let me tell you, they are TOP NOTCH in dealing with my fussiness and I appreciate every little bit of it. Like, I'm ashamed of my behavior in their office because I turn into someone I'm not anywhere else, but they are professional and make my visit easy and painless. I appreciate them tolerating me and continuing to roll out the red carpet!! Another thing I love about this office, is how prompt they are! I'm always seen on time and I love that!
