I have had the pleasure of visiting this office when it was both Gilbert/Chalef, and now Gilbert/Talebi. My experience has always been that of a friendly staff and great dentists. If you are in need of a dentist, I highly recommend giving Sandy Springs Dental Associates a visit.

Unfortunately I am updating my review here, after having my first dental cleaning on the 29th of September. The pain on my gums were swollen and sooo bruised, i know your gums are supposed to feel sensitive and maybe a little irritated but not to this extreme. I literally could not eat solid foods for 4 days straight because my gums were so scraped from the cleaning, even throughout the cleaning it was just discomforting and i shouldve said something. I have had a deep cleaning almost 1.5 years ago and it was not anything like this…. Unfortunately I will not be coming back after this horrible experience. The staff are very nice and respectful but just after having my first dental cleaning experience, it’s a no go for me.

When I arrived at Sandy Springs Dental Associates, I was a ball of nerves. Having been to another dental practice in the same area, where I had felt criticized by the dentist and dental hygienist for my teeth and gums, I wasn’t sure what to expect at Sandy Springs Dental Associates. Immediately, the kind receptionists welcomed me into their office, and the dental assistant/office manager prepared me for my first visit with Dr. Talebi. The dental assistant/office manager considerately and honestly delivered their thoughts about my dental history and what Dr. Talebi might recommend after seeing me. And when Dr. Talebi arrived to see me, they honestly assessed the state of my mouth and amicably remarked, “Did your other dental office say you’re going to die? I think you’re going to live!” Furthermore, the dental hygienist comprehensively explained to me the current state of my teeth and gums, the potential hereditary factors that could have played into their current state, and the best methods for taking care of my teeth. Since stopping seeing my pediatric dentist 8 years ago, I had not found a dental practice that made me feel so genuinely cared for. Dr. Talebi and the staff at Sandy Springs Dental Associates truly care for their patients and made me feel worthy and welcome. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Excellent work. Dr. Chalef is a skilled practitioner and the crowns he has done have been great. The hygienists and assistants are fabulous. The crowns are pricey and it's interesting that the prices have increased after a large tax cut was just signed into law...
