Trina is amazing and very helpful. DR. Blissett is absolutely wonderful! The whole practice makes you feel welcome! So glad to be a patient here.

The staff here is extremely nice and helpful! I especially liked Dr. Blissett and their assistant, Sylvana! It was my first time back to the dentist in a couple years, and they got me right back on track. I only gave this 4 stars because I did have to wait a long time to be seen, but I assume that’s because of an issue with my insurance.

Terrible Service! Avoid them!!!

It had been my first visit in years when I nervously entered the Smyrna Dentist office. Physically past due for everything including my cleaning but mentally dreaded it. Dr.Blissett and her Assistant, Mrs. Trina was awesome! Trina made sure I was comfortable and her confidence calmed me while completing my X-Rays. Dr.Blissett was very kind and gentle but listened to my concerns while exploring options and treatments. Both ladies were very professional, patient, and clear with me with what to expect next in my “perfect smile journey “. Thank you Dr. Blissett and Mrs.Trina for taking the stressors and fears out of my dentistry experiences! I would have never thought I would be so excited for my next visit!! -L.Gordon 3/23

Dr. Blissett and her assistant, Emily, we’re incredible! Not only did they extensively x-ray my mouth and clean my teeth, but they also managed to smooth out a recently chipped tooth just in time for me to make it back to work. Attentive, kind, and thorough. I look forward to seeing them again in 6 months!

Service is horrible after you get a tooth extracted they give you nothing for pain or infections. Horrible service. They just want money.

From the moment I stepped foot in the door I was taken care of by Dr. Blissett, Emily and Trina at Smyrna Dentist Office. I appreciate their attention to detail, down to earth mentality and support in building a plan for a healthy future. I recommend others to visit their office.

They closed the office for 8 months because of maternity leave without any notice to the patient let us struggle to find another office unacceptable. Provide unnecessary treatments and products simply for profit Dr "Priyanka Yadav. Dentist. DDS." is horrible, go some where else , do you research

I saw dr Blissett for the first time and I was very impressed with the level of customer service. From the receptionist to the assistant “Emily” very professionals ,the all experience was as good as it can going to the dentist !!!

Recently went for an exam and they told me I had 3 cavities that would cost $333 .. I went back 2 weeks later for a gum issue and they told me they quoted me wrong initially and that the 3 cavities would actually cost $1033 - TRIPLE . I canceled all further appointments and went to get a second opinion . Turns out I have no cavities at all. My daughter and I will NEVER go here again - truly a disappointment

The whole staff was amazing that really took the time to understand what I was looking for a my dental goals they really made me feel as I was part of there family and I will be there forever thanks everyone.

I paid 3000 for a root canal and crown. It’s been less than a year and my $1500 crown is sitting on my nightstand with it being only a matter of time before my root canal will be bad too. Thanks for taking my money and offering no help to resolve the issue after countless times trying to speak with the right person…never happened and here I am.

Wonderful experience. Doctor and her staff were very pleasant and professionals. I enjoyed my visit. Very nice and clean office. Definitely would recommend there.

I purchased the best crown that they offered. I was told it would not crack or fail. It cracked in half. They said while I was still in warranty of the crown, I had not been seen in their office since the crown was placed. I advised that I had moved and they didn’t care. I do not recommend this provider. The process was painful as it felt as though I was being punched in the face. The customer service is horrible. I will never return and would not recommend this group.

I been going to this office for over a year and it’s always been up and down service but I continued to stay with them because I didn’t want to change doctors. Today is my last straw. I booked an appointment in January for April 19th when I came to to office they didn’t have me scheduled and the new doctor didn’t accept my insurance so I couldn’t be treated for what I came in for. The front desk worker squeezed me in to see a hygienist. I’m thankful for that but this is just unprofessional and a total waste of my money and time. I’m done with this facility.

Had an appointment and was reminded at 10:00 am of my 12:00. No one was at the office and no one could offer an explanation. I left and later was told I missed my appointment. Unbelievable

Scheduled an appointment for February. They moved it to March . Showed up 15 min early, waited until 15 min after and the doors are locked and can't get a hold of anyone. Unacceptable.
