This lady spent 30 minutes total with me over the course of 3 visits and charged me $4,000.00. She falsified a chart(legal document) by stating that I received an a.m. positioner and several other items when in reality, I did not. Scam artist.

Dental appointments are my least favorite thing to do but necessary. I am glad to have Dr Mericle and her staff to make my experience less painful. I am confident in her abilities as a dentist and the care I receive there. I just had a root canal and Dr Mericle finished the work with a crown. I am happy with the finished tooth. If you need a place for total dental care where you can relax and receive the best care, Dr Mericle and her staff are there for you too!

Staff were nice and friendly. However, please be careful, they are like wolf in sheep's clothing. They seemed like there to help you but true is nope, they are like other money greed. Be sure with all the suggestion they asked you to do. Ensure it is necessary and covered by insurance! I had 3 treatments that were told by them necessary but it was actually fell under aesthetic. My insurance requested information from them and they 1. Failed to file the doc 2. Filed wrong documentation, 3. All doctors in insurance even the board said the treatments were not necessary. I feel as patient misled, misinformed by them and they twisted and turned all that round saying I was informed. How would you understand all the word they told you to sign when you do not have clue what it is all term they used and no explaination. Insurance has multiple informed that this treatment is not necessary and though they knew my insurance is not covered it. They still forced and made me do 2 other treatments without telling me the truth! At the end 1 year later, they out of nowhere came out with threathing to take the case to the court etc. I was not willing to pay them after all their misleading, mischief. But guess what, when someone does dishonest and earn money by tricking others, what goes around comes around ! I paid and cut my loses ! Becareful
