Today, I had my teeth cleaned and was completely satisfied with the excellent professionalism of Leeann, the young technician who did the job. I was there in 2019 and must admit that the Dentist who works there is a very experienced Dentist and had absolutely no pain after an extraction which had bothered me for some time. Leeann made sure, that my mouth was constantly rinsed during the process, unlike some places I had gone to in which the Technician waited forever to put the tube into my mouth to be rinsed. Aspen Dental in Statesboro, Ga. seem to be a place in which I would highly recommend to anyone who needs dental care and help. Thank you, folks, at Aspen Dental.

They were more responsible than the other dentist that I went too. G8t service. Ms. Chapel and her assistant did a g8t job.

Beth was amazing. We had a great conversation while she cleaned my teeth. The assistant that helped me was a bit unprofessional by talking to other assistant across rooms and not communicating very well with me; but she was kind and let me take picture of my 3D scan, which is mesmerizing. Everyone was extremely nice, and helpful, especially the kind women at the front desk. Walked out very happy, and glad to come back to see them for my follow-up appointments!

Best Dentist facility in Statesboro. Zhayla is the best dental assistant ever. She always makes my visits feel comfortable and answer any questions I have. Highly recommend.

My daughter who has a diagnosis of agoraphobia and panic attacks was seen in the Statesboro office today. She was treated with the utmost kindness, patience, and understanding as she has ever received at any dentist office. This is the absolute best place to have dental work done by the most terrific people!

I have never had a problem at this office until the first of the year. I have an abscess tooth that I cannot get anyone to call me back about and have left numerous messages. I finally talked to a staff member and the dentist was supposed to call me on Wednesday but today is Friday and I still haven’t talked to the dentist . I will not be using this office anymore and everyone there ought to be ashamed. Everything is good until you have a dental emergency and then they just don’t care.

From the receptionist to the X-ray technician to the hygienist to Dr Chapel to the exit/insurance lady, I loved the experience. Everyone made me feel like a long time, valued customer even though this was my first visit. (I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name, but I remember the positive experience you each gave me).

This Dentist office should not be open and operating ins Statesboro, Ga. I am literally sitting outside the office since 7 am. They have a huge sign on the window that reads “emergencies and walk-ins welcome”. There is no small print on the sign. I have been a patient with them for not quite 2 years. My very first visit was great. After that it has been a “not-so-great” experience each time. I tried to stick with them and give them the benefit of the doubt. All of the dental work that I have had done has either, chipped, the crown doesn’t match my other front teeth. I told the hygienist that before I left the exam room and I was told they would notify the “dental lab” Mind you the crown had already been put in by the dentist who obviously had to know it didn’t match my other teeth’s shade before she out it in. Now I’m sitting outside the office this morning because another one of the teeth that they repaired (my front tooth) has broken completely off on the back side and was bleeding some but I’m in terrible pain. I have spent thousands of dollars in this office and the dental work that they done on my teeth is horrible!!!! I’m not a complainer because I work in healthcare and I understand how it is sometimes. But this really pushed me over the edge when. She told me that the office could see me on Feb 16th but would call if they had a cancellation. Today is February 3,2023. I asked to have my records sent to another provider. I will never come back here, nor would I recommend anyone to bring their dog to this uncaring, unprofessional establishment. Ms. E

I always have a great experiment with Aspen. I would recommend these people to anyone. And for me to say that, they are good. I am terrified of a dentist, but I do not dread coming here.

Everyone one was super friendly. Made my visit comfortable. Explained everything to really good.

My 80 year old mom needed dentures. After waiting over an hour, I asked how much longer it would be before the dentist would arrive.. Because my mother had been laying in the chair for an hour. Her back was hurting and wanted to walk around. Within a few minutes the dentist and her assistant came in the room. My mom asked in a joking way “did you forget about me?” The dentist became very angry, Then told my mother, I’m an one person and my knees hurt.” Then she was so rude to my mom. She would ask her questions then talk over her response. Told my mother to her face that she was too talkative and ask was she all way this way. My mother told her that she was rude. The dentist said she can leave anytime. My mother is handicap so she can’t walk very well. The assistant tried to push my mother out the back door. (It was located by the the room she was placed. I had to get between the assistant and my mother to keep her from pushing my mother down. They told her that she doesn’t want her to be seen by the other patients because she was crying and upset. Please stay away from this place, it’s a franchise that takes no responsibility for what happens in each franchise. When I asked for the corporate number and a refund. The assistant refused to give me a refund and contact information. Go to local, private own dentist. This place is rude to seniors.

Hi my name is Ethel Vice my first experience with Aspen dental 🪥 it was very unique very qualified I really enjoy everyone there that has anything to do with my mouth and I feel very very good about all the work and the people were very pleasant there about all everything was good I give you a five star

Worse experience I've ever had made two different appointments both were cancelled because they said never spoke with me but I talked to receptionist both times I suggest you take your business somewhere else or your never be seen absolutely a joke of a business
