Best dentist I've ever had. We moved some distance away, but I can't bear to switch.

My family and I have been going here for over 5 years. I've never had an insurance issue. The hygienists and dentist are very pleasant. They do not overcharge you, and will try to save your teeth before charging astronomical fees. After searching for a dentist, I am happy to find one that will clean your teeth, and then leave any other work up to your discretion.

I've been coming here for probably more than 10 years now. Dr. Yi and her staff was great 10 years ago, and as a long time customer, I've seen the place evolve and have an even better experience now than I did before. I've never had insurance issues, and they do a great job of explaining that process. Staff here is very friendly, and the techs are very detailed every visit.

Dr. Yi and her staff offer friendly, expert service in a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. Also, weekend hours are offered which is very convenient for patients with a busy schedule. I enjoy my stress-free visits.

몇 주전에 사랑니 뺄려고 방문했는데 코로나 방역에 대한 대비도 훌륭하고 의사 선생님도 친절히 하십니다. 엑스레이 사진에 대한 전반적인 치아 상태에 대해서 말씀해주시고 사랑니 빼는 과정도 그다지 아프지 않게 잘 뺀거 같습니다. 보험 없이 했는데 만족할 만한 가격에 잘 했다고 생각됩니다. 추천합니다.

Everyone is friendly and Dr. Yi is super awesome!

I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth pulled while being awake but it was seamless procedure. The dentist office is a very calm atmosphere and the staff was very warm and comforting. The dentist and her assistance were very pleasant and I experienced no pain. I highly recommend their office.

I have NEVER felt so COMFORTABLE and WELCOMED in a dentist office before. Hands down the best. This place was so clean! I felt like I would make it dirty just to sit. They are on top of their cleaning safety routine. Complete suit, face visors, masks, gloves. Everything is wiped before and after. I had no anxiety whatsoever touching things or taking my mask off. As if it couldn't get any BETTER, the doctor listened to every single complaint or concern. The nurses were extremely nice and friendly as well. No one hassled me or was trying to rush me. I'm just smitten. I look forward to my years to come at Complete Smile Dentistry. Because I definitely am coming back! Thank you!

This place I cannot recommend. They are not geared towards repeat customers. I got an additional bill after my routine visit, and my wife got a very large bill. While sitting in the waiting area for my wife to have her procedure completed. I have to over hear a very unhappy customer about her surprise bill. So be ready for surprises after treatment, and have plenty of extra money ready. My service felt rushed, uncomfortable and incomplete. Not to mention the flashlight in my eyes the whole procedure. You can't get comfortable with a LED flashlight blasting your eyes from a foot away. This was just for a routine cleaning. Paid extra for fluoride treatment which only appears to include the 4 front teeth. What about the rest of my mouth? My wife had to come back here for 2 more visits having additional work done. Each visit was less and less comfortable and more stressful for her. She really didn't want to come back here for her final procedure. It was already paid for and would be complicated to have another doctor finish. So I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend this practice.

Complete Smile Dental is great. I highly recommend Complete Smile Dental. My procedure was wonderful, and the Doctor and her staff made me feel welcome. This is the place to go for dental work. Kudos.

I HARDLY DO REVIEWS but after being insulted or being taken as an air head I’m guessing these reviews are fake because this is a money hungry office. Have you ever walked into a dentist office and them tell you they have different “levels” of cleaning your insurance might not cover? Small, medium, and large? Then proceed to tell you that you look as though your teeth have never been cleaned when you go every 6 months? Prepare to spend money on forced scaling for her pocket. Good acting on the dentist part, but once she does her act she sends her puppet Assistants to do the sales pitch. They have no idea what she’s prob even talking about because I’ve been educated on everything I saw on her dramatic X-ray entrance. I’ve had a second opinion to clarify and they are money hungry. My teeth and gums are PERFECT and had a “little” build up that was cleaned up in 20 minutes. The small area she talked about was one tight tooth that I have a hard time flossing 🙄Do not go!!!!! I was also told Americans have different diets and since I’m not “Korean” that’s why my teeth are not that great? Okay well I’m actually Part Korean and eat mostly Korean food here is another review. 저는 최근 동네 치과를 다녀와서 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 남편이 군인이라 보통 트라이케어가 되는 치과를 갑니다. 지금으로부터 6개월 전 정기검진을 마쳤습니다. 얼마전 치과를 방문 했을때, 엑스레 촬영 후 제 치아에 치주염 치석이 딥클리닝을 해야한다는 것입니다. 그리고 몇년동안 관리를 받은것 같지 않다는 소견도 들었습니다. 저는 늘 1년에 두번씩 치과검진을 받기때문에 딥클리닝을 원하지 않았지만 아무래도 이곳은 딥클리닝옵션만 있나봅니다... 뭐라고 뭐라고 많은 설명이 있었지만. 음식에 관한 한국인과 미국인의 차이점 등 생전 들어보지 못한 말들을 나열하였습니다. (제가 개인적으로 가지고 있는 식습관과 습관으로 인해 가지고 부분은 그 전 의사선생님께로 부터도 들어 알고있습니다. 하지만 설명이 달랐습니다) 저는 세컨오피니언을 듣기위에 다른곳에 예약을 잡았습니다. 다른 치과에서도 제 치아가 몇년동안 관리를 받지않은 치아라고 말하는지 한번 지켜봐야 할 것 같네요. 덴티스트를 만난 후 카운슬러와 상담을 했습니다. 그녀는 마치 의사선생님의 꼭두각시 같았습니다. 그분은 왜 딥클리닝을 해야하는지에 대해 설명을 장황하게 늘어놓으셨죠.

Dr. Yi is great! She consistently delivers top notch service. I went there today and was scheduled for a root canal. However, once she got to work it turned out I didn't need one. She did have quite a bit of work. However, it was painless. I am a big baby when it comes to dentists but Dr. Yi always make it a great experience!

I had veneers for my front teeth done with Dr. Yi. It's been finished beautifully, and I've used it for ten years without any problem. She is great and friendly dentist. All other staffs here are very professional, fast, and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Yi.

I have been going here for a couple of years and chose this dentistry because I could schedule an appointment on Saturday's and from their reviews. To my surprise, I was told I would need to pay a portion of my dental cleaning due to the fact that I had new insurance and since it was Saturday they were unable to verify if my dental insurance was "good". Really???!!!!!! My appointment was booked 6 months ago and if they needed to very my insurance they should have asked when they called to remind me about my appointment a few weeks back. To top that they called me back to say they would try to call and verify my insurance and when they were not able to do that they told me I would have to reschedule. No thank you Complete Smile Dentistry. There are other dentist in the area who I can make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. You don't have to worry about me coming back.

Made an appointment yesterday, got my teeth cleaned today. I've never had such a short wait, and it was one of the least unpleasant cleanings I've had. They are very effecient here. Was happy to get an appointment on such short notice, very friendly and a big change in how white my smile is.
