Office staff and Dentist are friendly and professional. I do have some concerns but I will hold my judgment on those for now. Thanks Second visit was much worse than first. Appointment was at 12:00pm. I arrived at 11:40am for checkin. Receptionists at desk stated I was good to go. I sat in a chair until 1:30pm and ask the receptionist if their was a problem with my 12:00 pm appointment being I have been sitting there 1.5 hours. After lack of concern she stated my appointment had been canceled. I ask her how long she was going to let me sit there without letting me know my appointment had been canceled. I ask to speak with the office manager at 1:30pm. At 2:45pm office manager had not gotten back from lunch. The hygienist and I spoke she apologized and I accepted. I understand things happen however the receptionist had no concern what so ever. One more strike and I'm outta here.

Everyone was very nice, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to explain in detail everything that I will need done. This is definitely my new one stop shop for all my dental needs. Will definitely recommend.

Best place ever! Made me fill like I was the only one when they were talking care of me as well as everyone else! Special thanks to Dr. Wilson & especially Dr. Pickerson for all the had work didn't fell a thing! Pulling & sewing my mouth! To so much time to make sure I was okay! And the young lady that done my molds & helped me feel comfortable a big thanks as well as the you lady in the billing knew everything & didn't leave out anything! Thank you for all your help! No one can say u don't give all the info! To one's I left out thank you all because everyone was in & out checking on you! They will not let you out till your satisfied! Never been some where they take up all the time it takes to make you happy! Still have a few things left but I will go back as long as I'm alive! Thank you so much! 2 days after surgery!

My visit was great everything was swift and smooth with my prep for my future surgery and Ms. Juanita was so sweet and kind.

Everyone was great except Office Manager! Very unprofessional! I was not told that all off the x-rays weren't covered by my insurance until the end of my visit. We went for a check up and cleaning. We did not receive a cleaning. Your company doesn't call it a cleaning, so that you can charge extra. I should have known not to go to a chain operation. That's how chain medical care is handled. Now we have to go elsewhere for our cleaning, because we will not be returning to you. We will need our x-rays emailed to the practice we have chosen.

Called to make a new patient app't for a cleaning. Instead of getting someone in the office to schedule my appointment, it went to a call center that schedules in all locations across the country. I prefer a more personal experience.

I experience very professional workers. They were very pleasant and the dentist had very good bed side manners.

A great place! Very pleasant with the nicest staff I've ever had the pleasure of being under their care was unbelievable! They made me feel so comfortable & important! Even stayed late to pull a tooth that was giving me a time! Clean my teeth best I've ever had! Will drive back as many times as I have to for their service ! Stay tuned going to keep my teeth they sit with me & made sure I understood everything! I was sure I was going to lose all my teeth but The staff checked 1 by 1 & said we will keep most & fix all! Can't say enough good things about these doctors & staff! Great place to go! I drive a hour & a half every time just to see them! Thanks to my husband for finding them! He's going to be next!!

The service was great, the exam was thorough but out of my budget and I can't deal with places that don't look clean and sterile. That's a no for me.

Very pleasant visit, everyone made sure I understood everything. My periodic exam was quick enough where I could even get my cleaning today!! Shakira did an amazing job at explaining everything very well and did an awesome job at my X-rays! Tiffany did an AMAZING job on my cleaning! My teeth have never felt so good! and we even got my restoration visits scheduled!
