First off I really like the location/ hours of operation. It is very clean and the workers are very professional. The process was a little slow but otherwise soon as it started it went by smoothly. Thank you for making me comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Unbelievable! As a new patient, I was able to make an appointment for X-rays, exam, and cleaning all in one visit. And no hard sells for additional services. Staff was professional and gentle on my mouth.

Ask for Marilyn. I have the worst dental sensitivity and she was not only patient but was gentle. She went a long way towards making this appointment one of the most pleasant dental appointments I’ve ever had. The Ala Moana Dental Clinic is very organized and proficient. The staff is very courteous and nice. They addressed our ever needs including parking.

I went in to get two wisdom teeth extracted, and I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The procedure was ridiculously fast. I got X-rays done the evening before but unfortunately the building lost power from a storm. I came back the next morning and I was done and out in less than half an hour. They provided great communication through phone calls and emails to coordinate everything. I would recommend this place to others.

The doctor and his asst. Marisa was very informative every step of the way and very friendly as well as you enter the office. I recommend anyone to go. Helpful and people friendly. Very satisfied with their work.

I decided to try a new dentist. Making an appointment was easy. This dentist office is clean, spacious and friendly. I liked the fact that the staff could tell me immediately if they accepted my dental insurance as “in-network” and what services would be covered. X-rays were viewed immediately and upon request emailed to me in PDF format. This is an added bonus. I like to have a preventive dental cleaning done 3x a year to avoid cavities and other dental work. They make it affordable and budget-friendly. Thank you for continuing to improve dental care.

I have never had a dental visit experience like I did today! Everyone was very supportive, empathetic, sincere, and kind. I have shared my 2 experiences with others already. Ala Moana Dental is in its own class. Their office is so tranquil and comforting. Very welcoming and inviting. Not like your typical dental office…scary, intimidating, and closed in. DO NOT GET YOUR CROWNS FROM HERE. I received my tooth crown from Dr. Madich on 3/2022, forward to today my crown is not the same shade as it initially was. I have a porcelain crown which does not stain or change shades. On 2/8/23 Dr Inoue was the in doc at my cleaning, told him my issue, and told me that if I was his patient it would be fixed at no extra cost. Since Madich did it I have to consult him. Madich gave an option to get custom shading and charged a lab fee done by ACL Hawaii. I asked Dr. Mandich if this was the company who did the initial crown I have now and it was not. My initial crown was done by Downtown Dental Lab in Honolulu. I called Downtown Dental Lab and asked if their services offer custom shading and confirmed that they do. I told them my situation and that the crown from their lab has changed from its initial shade. Downtown Dental Lab suggested that I should have them replace it and I should not be charged for a replacement crown. I contacted Ala Moana Dental Care and asked to get my crown replaced from Downtown Dental Lab instead of ACL Hawaii. Dr. Madich and Ala Moana Dental Care denied me the service to get the crown done from Downtown Dental Lab because his response was that he will be eating the cost! Finally the truth comes out! Assistant manager Taryn N. calls me back defending Dr Madich and mentions that they do 1000s of crowns etc. Nice, u do plenty crowns and can’t fix a small issue cuz you’re eating the cost….and why is a assistant manager calling me back? Who is the manager?

Staff is friendly, efficient, cool. They restored my faith in dentists after all these years

I had a great experience today from Dr. Mandich to the dental hygienists to the billing/treatment planning specialist and the front desk. Always professional. I needed some dental work done and was surprised when I found out I could tack it onto my routine cleaning today. Dr. Mandich was honest and sensitive in explaining my needs and options. One of my favorite things about ala moana dental is the hours of operation and ability to be seen usually within days to a week. Appointment availability does not always come easy in healthcare. Some providers are booked months out. I love that I don’t have to worry about that with ala moana dental.

From going in to getting my procedure done THE SAME DAY was amazing. Everyone was supper sweet and I liked my doctor and dental assistant. The only thing I didn't love was when I brought up a diffrent desire than the one the doctor suggested, he didn't seem to take them into consideration. I understand that he's a professional and has more knowledge, I just would have liked a little more consideration and respect for my person desire. Over all best experience I've had with a dentist. I'm definitely making them my regular dentist.

I had a great experience at alamoana dental care. From the moment i walked in to the office I felt like I had made the right choice. The whole staff including Dr. Mandich the dentist who performed a tooth extraction on my front tooth. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone who wants to have exceptional dental care/
