Was looking for a great dentist three years ago. Dentists I had been to previously always were trying to get me to spend near $20,000. Dr. Chad and his staff have worked with me and are always patient with all the work that needed to be done. I have been extremely pleased with the work and care this office has given me. The specialists he has referred me to have also been excellent. He has managed safe me from getting and paying for unnecessary procedures.

I will not return here nor include it in my rotatation. My jaw has changed/moved significantly in the wrong direction while I was here for years past. I will definately stay away from these and their associated orthodontists.

Hygienist doesn't know how to be professional. She doesn't know to prioritize between work and her thoughts on the appearance of her patients. I forgot her name but it was an older lady with white/gray hair. This is work, how the patient looks (her MAKEUP, the way they dress, or look) should be kept inside. I work with customers myself and even I can keep it professional. It was NOT her place or job to be talking like that about me. This dentist deserves NO STARS but Google won't allow that. But just know I am never returning here ever again and I will not recommend a dentist like this to anyone. You will train your team to keep their mouths where they should be. She also handled my dental care very poorly, she was very rough on my teeth. It ached for a good amount of days and I had a very hard time eating. I also experienced pain throughout my sleep. Also did not give me guidance on how to better care for my teeth instead complained that it was not the best. I got routine check-ups for a reason. Her job was to care for my teeth — I the patient am paying her to care for my teeth not to make comments that my makeup looks "scary." Inappropriate. Doctor Kawashima was great, but just his hygienist I had a problem with. Overall my experience at this Dental was not comforting and it made me not want to return here ever again. I couldn't handle coming in to her being my hygienist for that appointment and then she saying something rudely about my appearance. Hope the Dental sees this complaint and makes changes.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Dr. Cho and her assistant always made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
