They will fail to bill your insurance as an in-network provider, according to the agreed upon timelines between them and the insurance company, and then fraudulently try to bill you, despite being told over and over again that they need to address it with the insurance company, and then have the audacity to fraudulently send that bill to collections. They are crooks and most certainly aren't 'specialists'. If you are on Tricare, do not use this provider. I am reporting them to the BBB.

For over 12 years I have been a patient of Dr.Sueda. Dr. Sueda is not only an amazing Doctor but he is also family. Dr. Sueda and his team are straight forward when it comes to your dental needs and if something needs to get done they try their best to complete it that same day. Whether your their for cleaning or an Ortho they are very efficient in all that they do. They always provide facts and strategies to protect your teeth. Going to my appointment’s Dr.Sueda does not only do his job but he is like an Uncle who checks to see how things are going in life and if he can help with advice he’s one to listen to. Dr. Sueda shares words of wisdom and encouragement in thoughts of a better future for his patients. His encouragement, patience, knowledge and experience makes him a good Doctor. As well as his impressive team who all work together to make it the best Dentist in Honolulu going there makes me feel like Im at home. They really treat there patients like family which is very important to make their patients comfortable. Incorporating a cultural view and the Aloha spirit.

Need better appointment scheduling, the wait was too long. The office was hot. No parking on level 1,2,3 or 4. Too many employees parking in customer parking. My kids breath stunk for 6 months no matter how hard we brush from an implant they refused to remove until another dental office decided to remove it. I can now finally talk to my kid face to face. Also our new dentist found new cavities that keiki dental said my kid didnt have. We think the orthodontist is too busy and need to pay closer attention to the patient. Never again.

We were new to the island when we started seeing Dr. Sueda and the team. Our twins love going and the whole experience has been fantastic. The staff is always friendly, nice, welcoming and understanding, especially with younger children. Dr. Sueda answered any questions we had as well as provided information we didn't even think of. Although we are moving off the island, Dr. Sueda made sure I got his business card and told me to contact if I have questions because he still sees our twins as his keiki. We have never had anyone do/say that to us and it has put our minds at ease.

My kids have been a patient of Dr. Sueda for 9 yrs now. Staffs are great, always help out on schedule that works for me and my kids. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very nice experience here. The dentists does very good jobs in helping patients with their dental, and gives them good advice on how to take better care of their teeth. The staff are helpful and patient. They help patients find solutions in scheduling. Overall, great people, they are all hardworking and very helpful, great experience.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sueda for several years, basically my whole life. I’m already an adult and I still go to see Dr. Sueda! I’m sure I’ll be bringing my future kids to Keiki dental. Their service is great and their team is awesome!

Honolulu Keiki Dental is amazing. Dr. Sueda was my dentist and orthodontist as a child and now my children see him, Dr. Stephen and Dr. Stacie. The staff are friendly and inviting

I've been a patient of Dr. Sueda's for over 20 years. I started going to Dr. Sueda's when I was in elementary school. I'm still a patient with Honolulu Keiki Dental even though I'm in my 30s and have no plans on changing dentists. Since I can remember, Dr. Sueda and the wonderful staff at Honolulu Keiki Dental always treated me like family. It is because of him and his staff, I have healthy cavity free teeth. Growing up, I remember I would get nervous when it was my turn to sit in the exam chair. Dr. Sueda would always greet me with a smile and ask how I was doing. It was the same with all the other kids I saw come before and after me. Dr. Sueda was genuinely concerned in knowing how each of us were doing and would crack jokes or talk story. When it came time to have my teeth cleaned or examined, Dr. Sueda would take the time to calmly explain what the cleaning or exam would involve. Over the years, I have had braces, retainers, 6-month cleanings, etc. Again, I owe my healthy cavity free teeth to Dr. Sueda and the awesome staff at Honolulu Keiki Dental. In recent years, I have been under the care of Dr. Sueda's daughter, Dr. Stacie. Dr. Stacie is just like Dr. Sueda. Genuinely friendly, caring and thorough in providing great dental care. Mahalo!

I've been going to Dr.Sueda since I was kid. He's an excellent dentist and his staff is very friendly. I like that he and the staff always take the time to ask how I'm doing and talk a little story. It's a huge plus that Honolulu Keiki Dental is connected to Ala Moana so I never have to worry about parking.

My kids have been patients here for many years and the staff have always been very friendly. They try their best to accommodate our appointment date requests. Dr. Sueda always follows up with me about each child after their visit. He always has a "story" or "life lesson" to help them relate and usually makes us all laugh. Every visit here has always been a pleasant one. I highly recommend coming here as they are all very thorough with the kids or any of my concerns.

Dr. Sueda is a skillful doctor and a wonderful person! He has welcomed me into the office to volunteer and gain hands-on experience. Which I am truly grateful for because it has helped me discover my interest towards dentistry. I genuinely admire the office environment because all the staff has such a strong work ethic. On top of that, they are all so sweet and kind. They made me feel like I was apart of the family. With the comfortable and the fast pace environment, I was able to obtain so much information. Not only did I learned from Dr. Sueda, but I also learned from Dr. Stacie, Dr. Stephen, and the amazing staff. Dr. Sueda has been my doctor for several years now and when I say he’s skillful I truly mean it because his work speaks for itself. I can confirm this with the beautiful smile that I currently have. That being said I am glad that I’ve become a patient at Honolulu Keiki Dental.

I began volunteering at Honolulu Keiki Dental in November 2020 and once I obtain the skills to be able to assist during cleanings and operatives, I was offered a job to work there. While working with Dr. Dean Sueda, Dr. Stacie Sueda, Dr. Stephen Sueda, and Dr. Jo Chun, I found that all the doctors are very informative, provides an excellent service for every patient, their professionalism and friendliness to patients and their team is outstanding. The front staffs makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. All staffs made me feel like family. Definitely recommend.

Everything is fine except: They have too many patience, we arrive at 8am, 30 mins before the appointment but my 2 years old has to wait nearly one hour to go in. It This one hour boring waiting in dentist waiting room is nightmare for the little and parents.

I am in my mid 20s and have been seeing Dr. Dean Sueda almost my whole life. When I was little I always disliked going to the dentist because of the whole cleaning process, but as I got older I started to like the feeling and the results after getting my teeth clean by him. I love the short talks, advices and all the smiles and joys that he gives to his patients everyday! The staffs are really nice as well👍 The dental hygienists Miriam and Arlene who I also known my entire life are always happy and caring! Honolulu Keiki Dental make you feel apart of their Ohana.
