From the moment I walked into the New Office, the receptionist greeted me by name and a smile. She got me familiar with where the restrooms were and asked about my parking situation. My hygienist Kira is the Best. She's kind, thoughtful and very gentle. She's been my only hygienist for years. I've been coming to this dentist office since the original DDS in 1968. Over that many years, it has changed staff and DDS, but one thing remains consistent, the personnels kindness, their thoughtfulness and their quality of care for their clients. On the way out, I inquired about a night guard and the account specialist was kind and efficient in quoting me a price. She even explained how they would help me care for it. What else is their for me to say? Except... Kaizen Dental Center is THE BEST !!!

Everyone that I met was SUPER helpful and reassuring, especially since it's been a LONG time since I personally have been to a dentist, and made the entire experience a very informative and comfortable visit. I went in for a first-time dental exam AND cleaning (over a 2-day period; due to my current insurance) since the covid pandemic and every employee made the experience a whole lot more bearable and less nerve-wracking. They did reccomend a few procedures that i needed to be done and were very understanding when it came to finances. I am grateful for their cooperation and will continue to consider Kaizen Dental for any future dental procedures, cleanings, and check ups. Hands down the best Dental office in Hawaii! The new office space is great and parking is so easy. I've gotten my routine cleanings, including a deep clean, and a permanent crown placement at Kaizen Dental. I look forward to coming here every time. Bianca at the front desk is always so friendly and accommodating. I've had to reschedule/cancel at the last minute a few times, but they never charge any fees. My dentist Dr. Arya is super knowledgeable and kind. He makes me feel heard whenever I have a concern and answers all my questions. My hygienists Kira and Ha were patient and thorough with my cleanings. I'm inspired to brush and floss 2x a day because of them. The specialists (orthodontist and endodontist) they referred me to have been top-notch as well. Kaizen Dental is one of *the best* dental clinics in town with high quality care and A+ staff. I take my dental care very seriously and know that my teeth are in good hands (literally and figurative) with Kaizen Dental.

I was there for my mouth guard replacement and geez, service was excellent starting in the beginning to the end. Dr. Dadashzadeh was kind and patient. He took his time explaining the whole process and I was excited of their digital scan for the mouth guard. Staff were kind and excellent. Nice and clean new office too.
